PERAN DAN FUNGSI PERAWAT DI PUSKESMAS
INDRA JAYA KABUPATEN PIDIE

ABSTRAK

Pelayanan keperawatan profesional dapat terealisasi melalui praktik keperawatan

profesional diberbagai tatanan pelayanan kesehatan, menjangkau seluruh golongan
dan lapisan masyarakat yang memerlukan, baik ditatanan pelayanan rumah sakit
maupun tatanan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas. Perawat sebagai salah satu
tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan peran dan
fungsinya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
pelaksanaan peran dan fungsi perawat di Puskesmas Indrajaya Kabupaten Pidie
2016, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor perilaku, faktor sikap dan faktor motivasi
perawat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 12 Agustus 2016. Lokasi
penelitian di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Indrajaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah perawat yang bekerja di Puskesmas Indrajaya sebanyak 50 orang,
pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah dilakukan secara Total Sampling. Metode
penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan regresi. Dengan demikian dapat
diketahui bagaimana pengaruh faktor sikap, perilaku dan motivasi perawat terhadap
pelaksanaan peran dan fungsi perawat di Puskesmas Indrajaya 2016. Hasil penelitian
didapatkan bahwa Pelaksanaan peran dan fungsi perawat berada pada kategori cukup
sebesar 19 responden (51,4%), Perilaku perawat berada pada kategori cukup sebesar
20 responden (54,1%), Sikap perawat berada pada kategori negative sebesar 26
responden (70,3%), dan motivasi perawat berada pada kategori rendah sebesar 26
responden (70,3%). Saran kepada Puskesmas diharapkan dapat meningkatkan
program-program pelatihan dan pengembangan kapasitas perawat sehingga dapat
melaksanakan seluruh peran dan fungsinya dengan baik.

FUNCTION IN PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE

ABSTRACT

Professional nursing care can be realized through professional nursing practice in

various health care structure, reach all groups and segments of society that requires
both ditatanan hospital services and health services in Puskesmas order. The nurse as
one of the health workers in health centers perform tasks according to their role and
function. The aim of research to determine the factors that affect the implementation
of the roles and functions of nurses in health centers Indrajaya Pidie District 2016,
which is influenced by behavioral factors, factors nurse attitudes and motivational
factors. This study was conducted on August 8 to 12, 2016. The location of research
in Puskesmas Indrajaya. The population in this study were nurses working in health
centers Indrajaya as many as 50 people, sampling this study was conducted Total
Sampling. This research method is analytic regression. Thus it can be seen how the
factors influence attitudes, behavior and motivation of nurses to the implementation
of the roles and functions of nurses in health centers Indrajaya 2016. The results
showed that the implementation of the role and functions of the nurse in the category
pretty much as 19 respondents (51.4%), nurses were Behavior in enough categories
by 20 respondents (54.1%), attitude of nurses that are in the negative category of 26
respondents (70.3%), and the motivation of the nurses that are in the low category of
26 respondents (70.3%). Advice to the health center is expected to improve training
programs and capacity building so that nurses can carry out all the roles and
functions well.
