PERBAIKAN KOPLING HIDROLIK PADA KENDARAAN STORING
ISUZU PANTHER HI GRADE
DI ALADIN AUTO STATION CIAMIS

Sistem pemindah tenaga merupakan system pada kendaraan yang

berpungsi mengkonversi putaran mesin menjadi tenaga guna membuat
kendaraan melaju dengan merubah momen dan kecepatan disesuaikan
dengan jenis kendaran.
Salah satu bagian kecil dari system pemindah tenaga adalah
kopling yang memiki peranan dalam memutus dan menyambungkan
putaran mesin secara sempurna pada kendaraan saat perpindahan gigi,
jenis kopling yang digunakan pada kendaraan ISUZU PANTHER HI
GRADE adalah jenis kopling hidrolik dengan pelantara media pluida
dalam mekanismenya guna menunjang kinerja kopling yang lebih baik
pada kendaraan besar tersebut.
Setiap komponen kopling hidrolik dioprasikan setiap kendaraan
melaju terutama saat proses perpindahan gigi, melihat dari intensitas
peggunaan komponen tersebut yang sangat tinggi maka komponen
tersebut memiliki masa pakai atau sering sekali ada kerusakan yang
mengakibatkan menghamat kinerja kendaraan tersebut.
Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan guna mengembalikan kinerja
tersebut adalah melakukan perbaikan pada kopling hidrolik dengan cara
memperbaiki komponen tersebut atau menggantinya sesuai spesifikasi
yang ada.
Berdasarkan hasil On The Job Training yang dilakukan penulis di
Hino Rancaekek perbaikan pada kopling hidrolik harus dilakukan guna
mendapatkan performance kendaran yang baik.

Power transfer system is a system on a vehicle that serves to

convert the engine turns into the energy that makes the vehicle drove by
changing moments and speed adjusted to the type of vehicle.
One small part of the system transfer power is coupling thinking
about the role of the disconnect and connect the engine turns perfectly on
the vehicle when the gearshift, the type of coupling used on vehicles isuzu
panther hi grade is a type of hydraulic clutch with through the media pluida
in mechanism to support the performance of clutch better on the big
vehicles.
Each component of the hydraulic clutch on the move every
speeding vehicle, especially when the process of tooth movement, viewed
from the intensity of the use of these components is very high then these
components have a lifetime or every so often there is damage resulting
impedes the performance of the vehicle.
One of the things that can be done to restore the performance is
the repair of hydraulic clutch by repairing or replacing such components
according to specifications exist.
Based on the results of On The Job Training conducted by the
author in Hino Rancaekek improvements to the hydraulic clutch to be
done in order to get a good vehicle performance
