ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem pengendalian

kualitas produk di PT. Panarub Industry, serta mencari penyebab-penyebab
kerusakan produk cacat pada perusahaan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini metode
PDCA dan 5W1H dengan Diagram Pareto dan Diagram Sebab Akibat sebagai alat
bantu yang digunakan untuk menganalisa dan membantu proses perbaikan produk
Sepatu model Predator 18.3 FG. Dari data yang didapat hasil pengamatan, Total
produksi pada bulan Februari-April 2018 yakni, 137.141 pasang dan didapatkan 4
jenis cacat yang terjadi pada produk sepatu model Predator 18.3 FG dengan
tingkat kecacatan adalah jenis cacat paling besar terjadi pada jenis cacat yang
disebabkan oleh sepatu tidak merekat (Open Bond) yaitu dengan jumlah kecacatan
produk sebesar 18.942 pasang dan persentase cacatnya sebanyak 61,30% dari
106.240 pasang total produk Baik yang dihasilkan bulan Februari – April 2018,
kemudian diikuti dengan cacat lem berlebih (Overcement) sebanyak 9.021 dengan
perentase cacat sebesar 29,19 %, cacat sepatu kerut (Wringkle) sebanyak 2.121
dengan persentase cacat sebesar 6.86 % dan sedangkan jenis cacat yang paling
kecil terjadi dikarenakan cacat sepatu tidak pasangan (Unpairing) sebanyak 817
pasang dimana jumlah persentase cacat yang dihasilkan yaitu 2.64%. Dari hasil
observasi lapangan dan wawancara, faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab
kerusakan ini adalah faktor manusia, mesin, lingkungan, metode kerja dan
material.

 ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the application of the product Quality Control System
at PT. Panarub Industry, as well as looking for causes of defects in defective
products in the company. In this research, PDCA and 5W1H methods with Pareto
Diagram and Diagram of Effect Cause as a tool used to analyze and assist
product improvement process Shoes model Predator 18.3 FG. From the data
obtained from the observation, the total production in February-April 2018 that
is, 137,141 pairs and got 4 types of defects that occur in the shoe product model
Predator 18.3 FG with the level of disability is the type of defect most often
occurs in the type of defect caused by the shoe is not (Open Bond) with the
number of product defects of 18,942 pairs and the percentage of defects as much
as 61.30% of 106,240 pairs of total good products produced from February -
April 2018, followed by overcement defect 9.021 with perfection percentage of
29,19%, wrinkle shell defect (Wringkle) 2,121 with defect percentage equal to
6.86% and while the least type of defect occurred due to unpaired shoes defect as
many as 817 pairs where the percentage of defects produced is 2.64%. From the
results of field observations and interviews, the factors causing this damage are
human factors, machinery, environment, working methods and materials.
