ABSTRAK

Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembayaran

restitusi rekening listrik kepada pelanggan pada PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB
Palembang.Penulisan laporan akhir ini menggunakan metode wawancara
dan metode studi pustaka. Informasi didapatkan dari berbagai literatur dan
disusun berdasarkan hasil studi dari informasi yang diperoleh. Berdasarkan
pada pengamatan yang penulis lakukan dan dari data yang diperoleh, proses
pembayaran restitusi kepada pelanggan pada PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB
Palembang sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.

Kata Kunci : Prosedur pembayaran restitusi rekening listrik.

 ABSTRACT

This final report aims to know the process of payment of electricity

bill restitution to customers at PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang. This
final report using interview method and literature study method.
Information obtains from various literatures and compiled based on the
results of studies of information obtained. Based on the observations, it could
be concluded that the process of payment of electricity bill restitution to
customers at PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang is already appropriate
with established procedures.
