Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

ABSTRACT
Employee performance is an important thing that must be owned by every
employee, employee performance can be driven by several factors such as
communication and work environment. Communication that runs harmoniously
and openly between superiors and subordinates or between people can make the
office environment more comfortable. But it is not as easy as imagined, not
infrequently every employee is reluctant to open up either on top or with each
other it is driven by a sense of distrust or lack of empathy in the people around
him. Building good communication must begin with awareness. Besides
communication, another factor is the work environment, a comfortable work
environment is a picture of a company. The work environment not only includes
office layouts but also environment, lighting, and in terms of its own human
resources
1. PENDAHULUAN/LATAR BELAKANG
Berdasarkan apa yang telah dijabarkan diatas kita bisa melihat jika
komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja
karyawan lingkungan yang kondusif juga bisa mendukung kinerja
karyawan begitu pula dengan komunikasi. Perusahaan harus menciptkan
kedua elemen tersebut berjalan seimbang agar apa yang diinginkan
perusahaan berjalan denan semestinya atau bahkan melebihi apa yang
diharapkan. Jika begitu secara kedua belah pihak akan merasakan
keuntungan.
