Solar System Theory: Tides

The Tidal Theory was first put forward by Buffon (1707-1788). According to Buffon the solar system
originates from solar matter that is thrown after colliding with a comet. This theory was later corrected
by James Jeans and Harold Jeffreys (1919). According to them the solar system was formed beginning
with a sun that is passed by a very close star.

Teori Tata Surya: Pasang Surut

Teori Pasang Surut pertama kali dikemukakan oleh Buffon (1707-1788). Menurut Buffon tata surya
berasal dari materi matahari yang terlempar setelah bertabrakan dengan komet. Teori ini kemudian
diperbaiki oleh James Jeans dan Harold Jeffreys (1919). Menurut mereka tata surya terbentuk berawal
dari sebuah matahari yang dilewati oleh bintang yang sangat dekat.

The Tidal or Tidal Theory ( Jeans and Jeffreys )

In 1991, there were 2 scientists named James H. Jeans and Harold Jeffers who presented the Tidal or
Tidal theory. According to the theory of tides hundreds of millions of years ago a star moves toward the
sun and then disappears. At that time half of the sun was attracted and released. It is from this part of
the sun that is released that forms planets.

Pada tahun 1991, ada 2 orang ilmuwan bernama James H. Jeans dan Harold Jeffers yang menyampaikan
teori Pasang Surut atau Tidal. Menurut teori pasang surut ratusan juta tahun yang lalu sebuah bintang
bergerak mendekati matahari dan kemudian menghilang. Pada saat kejadian itu separuh bagian dari
matahari tertarik dan lepas. Dari bagian matahari yang terlepas inilah yang kemudian membentuk
planet-planet

Theory of Condensation

The condensation hypothesis theory was put forward by GP. Kuiper (a Dutch astronomer) in 1950. In this
theory states that the solar system was originally a giant fog ball. And in the Fog it consists of dust, ice
and gas. This fog ball then rotates so that the light parts are easily thrown out, while the heavy parts
gather at the center.

Teori kondensasi

Teori Hipotesis kondensasi ini dikemukan oleh GP. Kuiper (seorang astronom Belanda) pada tahun 1950.
Dalam teori ini menyatakan bahwa sistem tata surya itu ternyata pada mulanya berupa bola kabut
raksasa. Dan di dalam Kabut itu terdiri dari debu, es, dan gas. Bola kabut ini selanjutnya berotasi
sehingga bagian yang ringan mudah terlempar ke luar, sedangkan bagian yang berat berkumpul di
pusatnya.
