I. DEFINITION OF FULL – TIME JOB

Below is some definition about full time jobs from two original text (books / resources).
1) Full-time employment is employment in which a person works a minimum number of hours

2) Full time work is employees who have working hours between 32-40 hours per week.

4) Digital Marketing Director
Professionals charged with managing digital marketing directors can play a key
organizational role, identifying trends, ensuring the success of digital marketing campaigns,
and organizing media relations.
5) Database Architect
Often responsible for database integrity and migration, database architects’ duties can
include designing, installing, and monitoring data repositories for companies across just about
all industries.

III. ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF HAVING FULL TIME JOB

1) ADVANTAGES OF HAVING FULL-TIME JOBS

a. Holiday and Sick Pay ( Liburan dan Pembayaran Sakit anda)
If you are a full-time employee, then you should receive more vacation, holiday and sick
days than part-timers as paid time off is usually calculated based on the number of total
 hours employed. This way you can plan your holidays or take some time off when you’re
sick without feeling guilty.

 IV. DEFINITION OF PART-TIME JOB

1) A part-time contract is a form of employment that carries fewer hours per week than a full-
time job. They work in shifts. The shifts are often rotational. Workers are considered to be
part-time if they commonly work fewer than 30 hours per week. (Kontrak paruh waktu

1. Animal Shelter Worker ( penjaga penampungan hewan)

In addition to the aforementioned advantages for those who need extra income with a second
job or for students, part-time has other advantages, such as:
(Selain keuntungan yang disebutkan di atas bagi mereka yang membutuhkan penghasilan
tambahan dengan pekerjaan kedua atau bagi siswa, paruh waktu memiliki kelebihan lain,
seperti:
a) Flexible schedule; (Jadwal yang fleksibel)
b) Possibility of continuing to receive the partial unemployment allowance
(Kemungkinan terus menerima tunjangan pengangguran parsial)
c) More time for family, personal projects and for hobbies
(Lebih banyak waktu untuk keluarga, proyek pribadi dan untuk hobi)
d) If you have a full-time contract opportunity at the company where you work part-time,
you may end up being hired on a full-time basis. While this does not always happen it is
better to earn some money than none.

Not everything is advantages in this work regime:
a) There is a tendency for part-time workers to be the first to leave when it is necessary to

b) Usually, they are not contemplated in the management of careers - promotions, training,
