Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP)

Teknik yang digunakan dalam perencanaan kebutuhan kapasitas adalah
Time-Phased Bill of Capacity. Bill of capacity untuk setiap stasiun kerja per unit
item yang dihasilkan dihitung dengan cara menjumlahkan semua waktu standar
yang terkait dengan pembuatan item tersebut pada stasiun kerja yang sama.
Berikut ini adalah contoh perhitungan waktu standar.

Setelah diperoleh BoC setiap stasiun kerja. selanjutnya dihitung perkiraan

kebutuhan kapasitas berdasarkan plan order release Radio Analog Nakasoni
Model : R521 (FP). Perkiraan kebutuhan kapasitas diperoleh dengan mengalikan
jumlah produk pada setiap periode plan order release dengan BoC. Pada Tabel
4.688. dapat dilihat hasil perhitungan perkiraan kebutuhan kapasitas.

Selanjutnya kapasitas yang dibutuhkan dikurangi dengan kapasitas yang
tersedia. Kapasitas yang tersedia diambil dari perhitungan RCCP. Jika hasil
pengurangan kapasitas tersedia (CA) dengan kapasitas kebutuhan (CR) < 0 maka
dinyatakan overload. Pada Tabel 4.687. Dapat dilihat hasil perhitungannya untuk
setiap stasiun kerja.
