MICROSOFT TEAMS UNIVERSITAS INDONESIA

Langkah 1:

Masuk ke laman pada tautan berikut

https://www.microsoft.com/id-id/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software?rtc=1

Langkah 2:

Klik “Daftar gratis”

Langkah 3:

Masukan alamat email yang ingin didaftarkan

Langkah 4:

Pilih “For work” lalu klik “Next”

Langkah 5:

Klik “Create account”

Langkah 6:

Buat password baru, kemudian klik “Next”

Langkah 7:

Selanjutnya Microsoft account team akan mengirimkan email kode verifikasi, mohon cek email anda
kemudian masukan code verifikasi

Langkah 8:

Masukan kembali email anda, lalu klik “Next”

Langkah 9:
Isi data kemudian “next”

Selanjutnya setelah anda memiliki akun, masuk kembali ke laman berikut

Klik “Use the web app instead” jika menggunakan laptop/PC

Langkah 11:

Sign in menggunakan alamat email yang sudah digunakan untuk membuat akun Microsoft Teams
sebelumnya

Langkah 12:

Masukan Password anda, kemudian klik “Sign in”

Langkah 13:

Jika muncul seperti ini maka mintalah PIC UI untuk mengundang anda menjadi external user UI atau
sebagai “Guest”, berikan email anda sebelumnya yang didaftarkan menjadi akun Microsoft Teams

Langkah 14:

Setelah anda di invite oleh pihak UI maka akan muncul pesan dalam email anda seperti berikut,

Kemudian klik “Open Micrisift Teams”

Klik “Accept”

Login kembali, pilih “Use the wen app instead” jika menggunakan leptop/PC

Langkah 17:

Anda sudah berhasil masuk ke dalam salah satu channel Microsoft Teams Universitas Indonesia
sebagai “Guest”

Then Click on “Daftar gratis”

Step 3:

Enter the email address that you want to register.

Select “For work” and then click “Next”

Step 5:

Click “Create account”

Create New Password. Then click “Next”

Step 7:

The Microsof Account team will send you a verification code to your registered email. Please check
your email and then enter the verification code.

Enter your email address again then click “Next”

Step 9:
Fill out all the required details then click “Next”

After you successfully have an account, please log in to this link:

Click “Use the web app instead” if you use Computer or Laptop

Step 11:

Sign in by using the email that you have registered.

Step 12:

Enter your password, and then click “Sign in”

If the below screen shot appears after you log in, please contact to the Person in Charge (PIC) of UI
to invite you as the external user of UI or as Guest. Give the email address that you use for
registering to the PIC UI.

After you get invited by UI, you will get a notification email as follow:

Then click on “Open Microsoft Teams”

Click “Accept”

Please Login again, select “Use the web app instead” if using Computer or laptop

Step 17:

You have successfully in one of the Microsoft Teams Universitas Indonesia channel as “Guest” if your
screen appears as follow:
