BAB I
PENDAHULUAN
1.3 Manfaat
praktik terapi fisik
1.3.8 Mengetahui apakah probabilitas post-test yang dihasilkan
memengaruhi manajemen saya dan membantu pasien saya

ISI
Answer : YES
Karakteristik pasien :
Answer : YES
Examination selesai. Namun, pada SRT tidak dijelaskan apakah di
blinding atau tidak.
Answer :YES
2
2.3.4 Did all subjects receive both tests (index and gold standard
tests) regardless of test outcomes?
Answer : YES
Answer : YES
Answer :YES
*Sensitivity,81.7%
interpretasi : positive SRTs correctly identified 81,7% of the patient
with a rotator cuff tear.
*Specificity, 80.8%
interpretasi : a negative SRTs correctly identified 80,8% of the patient
without a rotator cuff tear
*Accuracy,81.3%
interpretasi :
*Positive predictive value83.5%
interpretasi : 83% of the patient with a positive SRTs had a rotator
cuff tear as confirmed by MRI
*Negative predictive value,78.7%
Interpretasi : 78.7%of the patient with a negative SRTs did not have a
rotator cuff tear
*Likelihood ratio Positive 4.3
interpretasi : your positive SRTs suggest that you are 4,3 times more
likely than your pre test probability to have a rotator cuff tear
2
*Likelihood ratio Negative 0.23
interpretasi : your negative SRTs support that you do not have a
damaged rotator cuff
*Diagnostic odds ratio 18.7
