1. Tujuan :

 Dapat membuka dan menutup (penutup depan) PABX

 Dapat memasang dan mengganti PSU PABX

 Memasang komponen pada PABX TDA 200 (Power Supply, Service Card)

2. Alat dan Bahan

 Obeng
 Power Supply
 Service Card (LC0T8, DLC8, SLC16)
 Manual Book PABX TDA-200

3. Dasar Teori
 Opening the Front Cover
1. Insert a flathead screwdivr into the opening (on the left on the screw
cover) and unlatch the secrew cover.

2. Turn the screw anti lockwise to loosen.

3. Slide the front cover to the right until it stops, then lift the front cover.
 Replacing the Power Supply Unit
1. Unplug the AC power cord and back-up Battery Cable.

2. Turn the 4 screws antilockwise to loosen them.

3. Pull the release lever in thr direction of the arrow to disconnect the PSU
from the back board.

4. Replace the PSU.

5. Follow the steps in “Installing he Power Supply Unit”.

IMPORTANT

 Removing the Optional Service Card

1. Turn the 2 screw antilockwise to loosen them.

2. Pull the release lever in the direction of the arrow to disconect the card
from the back board. Pull the card from the shelf to remove it.

4. Langkah Pemasangan Komponen Pada PABX TDA 200

 Membuka Casing PABX TDA 200
1. Buka sekrup yang ada pada bagian kiri casing menggunakan obeng.
 2. Putar obeng ke arah kiri (berlawanan dengan arah jarum jam) untuk
melonggarkan sekrup.

3. Geser penutup casing ke arah kanan, kemudian angkat bagian bawah

casing.

 Memasang Power Supply

1. Pasang Power Supply pada slot yang tersedia
2. Tepatkan dahulu Power Supply pada jalur slot, usahakan jalur slot atas
dan bawah sejajar

3. Dorong Power Supply sampai benar-benar masuk ke dalam slot

4. Kunci pengait Power Supply
5. Pasang sekrup Power Supply yang berjumlah 4 buah ke tempat yang
tersedia (atas 2 buah, bawah 2 buah)
6. Tips memasang sekrup dengan benar yaitu dengan tangan terlebih dahulu
lalu putar searah jarum jam, jka sudah lumayan masuk lalu digunakanlah
obeng untuk memasang sekrup, usahakan tidak menggunakan tenaga
dalam
 7. Pasang kabel ground ditempatnya
8. Pasang sekrup pengunci kabel ground dengan menggunakan tips
memasang sekrup

 Memasang Service Card

1. Usahakan Service Card terpegang dengan benar agar tidak merusak
komponen inti
2. Pasang Service Card pada slot yang tersedia
3. Tepatkan Service Card pada jalur slot
4. Dorong Service Card hingga terdengar bunyi “klek” sebagai tanda
Service Card sudah tepat

5. Kunci pengait Service Card pada papan

6. Pasang sekrup Service Card, gunakan tips memasang sekrup
