Most systems = 1000 (Kilgor, 2008)
Meaning: Top level classes = 1000 points/ almost 1000 points

Determine the percentage
Determine the percentage for each factors
(template 4) then multiply by 10.
Contoh: jika skill dianggap 35% dari keseluruhan sistem, total poinnya
adalah 350.

Determine the percentage
Determine the percentage for each sub-factors
(template 4) then multiply by 10.
Contoh: jika communication skill dianggap 10% dari keseluruhan sistem,
total poinnya adalah 100.

Determine total points for
each levels
Divide total number of points assigned to each
sub-factors by the number of it’s levels.
Contoh: jika communication skill memiliki total 100 points dan jumlah
levelnya ada 4 level, 100:4=25. Setiap level
Total pointsnya 25.

Shade up or down
(Template 5) Level yang sangat relevan +, level
yang kurang relevan -. Total points level bagi 3.
Contoh: jika communication skill total point 25, bagi 25 dengan 3 = 8.3.
Tambahkan 8 di levels yang + dan kurangi
8 di leves yang -.
