ABSTRAK
Aktivitas aerobik merupakan aktivitas yang bergantung terhadap ketersediaan oksigen untuk
membantu proses pembakaran sumber. Aktivitas anaerobik merupakan aktivitas dengan
intensitas tinggi yang membutuhkan. Mekanisme pemulihan laktat dari darah dan otot sangat
dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas yang dilakukan setelah aktivitas maksimalnya. Hal ini akan
mempengaruhi mekanisme keluarnya laktat dari otot ke darah, meningkatnya aliran darah,
asam laktat.
