Lampung tindakan operasi sebanyak 6.678 tindakan pertahun. Penyembuhan luka
mempercepat penyembuhan luka pasca operasi.
post operasi berdasarkan Evidence Based Nursing (EBN).
Desain telaah jurnal evidance based nursing ini mengunakan model PICOT. Pencarian
resources Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia melalui mesin pencarian google
scholar/ google cedikia.
didalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan pasien post operasi.

ABSTRACT
Surgery is an important component of health care. Data worldwide is 230 million
surgical procedures per year, in Indonesia, surgery ranks 11th out of 50 disease patterns
with a percentage of 12.8%, in Lampung Province there are 6,678 surgeries per year.
Wound healing is very important in the implementation of surgery. Sometimes wound
healing takes a long time, this has an impact on the length of the patient's stay.
Snakehead fish is an alternative that can be used to accelerate wound healing after
surgery. The purpose of the journal review is to determine the effectiveness of giving
snakehead fish to wound healing in postoperative patients based on Evidence Based
Nursing (EBN).
The study design of this evidence based nursing journal uses the PICOT model. Search
articles using several sources from the database available in the elibrary and e-resources
of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia through the search engine Google
Scholar / Google Cediki. The data analysis used in this literature review is a simplified
approach.
The results of the analysis of 25 journals concluded that postoperative wound care using
the intervention of giving snakehead fish is one of the independent actions of nurses that
allows nurses to carry out. This action has been proven to be more effective than other
alternative actions through various studies (EBN). For this reason, nurses are expected
to be able to apply this action in carrying out nursing care for postoperative patients.
