SURAT PERJANJIAN SEWA MENYEWA

Pada hari ini Jumat, 31 Desember 2021, kami yang bertanda tangan dibawah ini :

Dalam hal ini bertindak sebagai perwakilan dari PT PRIMA NUSANTARA yang
menyewakan, selanjutnya disebut sebagai pihak pertama
Nama : WERADI
Pekerjaan : Sekretaris
Alamat : Jalan Supratman No. 26 Banda Aceh.
Dalam hal ini bertindak sebagai perwakilan dari PT Sejahtera yaitu sebagai penyewa,
selanjutnya disebut sebagai pihak kedua.

Pihak pertama dan pihak kedua bersama-sama mengikat diri dalam suatu
perjanjian Sewa Menyewa sebuah bangunan Toko yang didirikan diatas tanah Hak
Milik Nomor 369 berdasarkan Surat Izin Walikotamadya Kepala Daerah Tingkat II
Banda Aceh Nomor 1IGNVK/B/19T7 tanggal 30 Juli 1997 yang Surat Keterangan
Walikotamadya Kepala Daerah Tingkat II Banda Aceh Nomor 002/WK/1978, terletak
di jalan Cut Nyak Dhien Nomor 54 Banda Aceh dengan syarat-syarat sebagaimana
ditetapkan dalm pasal-pasal dibawah ini :
Pasal 1
Sewa Menyewa Toko sebagaimana disebutkan diatas dilakukan untuk jangka
waktu 2 (dua) tahun terhitung mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2021 sampai dengan 31
Desember 2022.
 Pasal 2
Besarnya uang sewa menyewa untuk selama Surat Perjanjian ini berjalan oleh
kedua belah pihak telah disepakati sebesar Rp. 70.000.000,- (Tujuh Puluh Juta Rupiah)
selama 2 (dua) tahun sesuai ketentuan diatas yang tersebut dalam Pasal 1.
Pasal 3
Pihak pertama akan menyerahkan kepada pihak kedua setelah uang sewa
menyewa tersebut diterima oleh pihak pertama dan pihak kedua menerima Toko
tersebut dalam keadaan sebagaimana pada waktu diserah terimakan,
Pasal 4
Pada waktu berakhirnya Surat Perjanjian ini pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022
PIHAK KEDUA menyerahkan kembali Toko yang disewakan kepada pihak pertama
dalam keadaan kosong sebagaimana diterima pada saat Surat Perjanjian ditanda tangani
dan pihak kedua tidak meminta apapun pada pihak pertama.
Demikian surat perjanjian ini kami buat tanpa ada unsur paksaan dari pihak
manapun. Dan apabila ada perjanjian waktu dan lain-lain akan di musyawarahkan
kemudian.

LETTER OF LEASING AGREEMENT

Today is Friday, December 31, 2021, we the undersigned:

In this case act as a representative of PT PRIMA NUSANTARA who leases, hereinafter
referred to as the first party
Name : WERADI
Occupation : Secretary
Address : Jalan Supratman No. 26 Banda Aceh.
In this case act as a representative of PT Sejahtera, namely as a tenant, hereinafter
referred to as the second party.
The first party and the second party jointly bind themselves in a rental
agreement for a shop building which was established on land with property rights
Number 369 based on the Permit of the Mayor of Banda Aceh Level II Regional Head
Number 1IGNVK/B/19T7 dated July 30, 197 which is a certificate from the mayor.
Head of Banda Aceh Level II Region Number 002/WK/1978, located at Jalan Cut Nyak
Dhien Number 54 Banda Aceh with the conditions as stipulated in the articles below:
Article 1
The store rental as mentioned above is carried out for a period of 2 (two) years
starting from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
Article 2
The amount of the rental fee for as long as this Agreement is running by both
parties has been agreed at Rp. 70,000,000,- (Seventy Million Rupiah) for 2 (two) years
in accordance with the above provisions as referred to in Article 1.
 Article 3
The first party will hand it over to the second party after the rental money is
received by the first party and the second party receives the Store in the same condition
as at the time it was handed over,
Article 4
At the expiration of this Agreement on December 31, 2022, the SECOND
PARTY returns the Store that is rented to the first party in an empty condition as
received when the Agreement Letter was signed and the second party did not ask for
anything from the first party.
Thus, we made this agreement without any element of coercion from any party.
And if there is an agreement on time and others, it will be discussed later.
