Jawab :

1. Presumption of innocence imposes on the prosecution the burden of proving the charge
and guarantees that no guilt can be presumed until the charge has been proved beyond
reasonable doubt.
2. A justice collaborator can assist law enforcement officers
3. They have gone to prison for contempt of court.
4. A three-judge panel did not rule on the merits of the lawsuit, but said two of the doctors
involved had legal standing to file it.

Contempt of court adalah tindakan tidak hormat atau ketidaktaatan terhadap pengadilan atau
campur tangan dengan proses tertibnya pengadilan.

Legal Standing adalah kepentingan pribadi dan substansial dalam kasus sedemikian rupa
sehingga pihak tersebut telah atau akan menderita kerugian langsung sebagai akibat dari
tindakan pemerintah yang sedang ditantang.

Shifting burden of proof adalah kegiatan mengubah tanggung jawab membuktikan atau
menyangkal suatu hal dari satu pihak ke pihak lain.
