SpO2 saat kejang desaturasi 80%
- Sinusitis maksilaris bilateral dan sphenoid kiri
saat ini terpasang NRM 99%

Pasien mengeluh pusing setiap hari. Rasanya seperti ditusuk tusuk. Pasien sulit tidur. lama tidur APTT 31.1/ PPT 14
