85,4 miliar. Adapun buyback maksimum sebesar 237.194.064
saham dengan nilai nominal Rp 23,71 miliar. Hal ini telah Net Buyers (value) Net Sellers (value)
mendapat persetujuan dari para pemegang saham dalam NI (IDR 303.7 mn) YP (IDR 395.0 mn)
acara RUPSLB pada 29 Juni 2022. Berdasarkan rencana awal, ZP (IDR 233.2 mn) DH (IDR 196.9 mn)
periode buyback paling lama 18 bulan setelah mendapat restu
PD (IDR 199.0 mn) XA (IDR 143.0 mn)
investor. Aksi buyback ini dilaksanakan demi meningkatkan
likuiditas perdagangan, sehingga harga saham diharapkan
meningkat signifikan. AMAG memprediksi buyback tidak akan Income Q1/2022 Growth
memberi dampak signifikan yakni dampak atas biaya Statement (YoY)
pembiayaan tidak akan mengakibatkan penurunan Revenue IDR 206.7 bn +2.0%
pendapatan, termasuk tidak akan merusak performa laba per Net Income IDR 36.4 bn -18.4%
saham.
Pada perdagangan Kamis, 7 Juli 2022, AMAG ditutup pada level
harga Rp 468 (+9,86%) dengan kenaikan volume secara
signifikan sebesar 514% dibandingkan hari sebelumnya.

Sedangkan segmen leisure juga terdapat peningkatan untuk
individual yang menikmati liburan. DFAM berekspektasi bahwa
tingkat okupansi hotel dapat mencapai 70% hingga Oktober Income Q1/2022 Growth
mendatang. Untuk itu, perseroan terus memaksimalkan Statement (YoY)
tawaran berbagai promo, sebagai salah satu strategi bisnis Revenue IDR 16.1 bn -8.5%
untuk mencapai ekspektasi tersebut. Net Income IDR -4.0 bn +27.3%

harga Rp 242 (+34,44%) dengan kenaikan volume secara

masih sangat prospektif seiring dengan adanya insentif yang

usaha di bidang real estate tersebut akan mampu Revenue IDR 90.1 bn +37.8%
meningkatkan potensi bisnis dan meningkatkan pendapatan Net Income IDR 580.2 mn -21.6%
kedepannya

harga Rp 8150 (+15,6%) dengan kenaikan volume secara
sebesar 33% dibandingkan hari sebelumnya.
