Dengan hormat,

Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan tantangan besar baik dalam bidang pangan maupun pendidikan.
Menjawab tantangan tersebut, IPB University sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi terbaik
berbasis pertanian secara umum mendukung upaya peningkatan produksi peternakan dan
perikanan dan berbagai inovasinya pada new normal era ini dengan mengadakan program “The
3rd International Summer Course 2021” dengan tema “Creating Innovation of Animal Production
Sector in the New Normal Era ”. Berkaitan dengan kegiatan tersebut, kami bermaksud
mengundang Perguruan Tinggi yang Ibu pimpin untuk berpartisipasi dengan cara mengirimkan 3
(tiga) mahasiswa/i untuk mengikuti kegiatan ini. Summer course akan diselenggarakan secara
daring atau online dalam bentuk Webinar pada tanggal 5-16 Juli 2021.

Akademisi International serta praktisi akan diundang untuk menyampaikan materi pada kegiatan
Summer Course, sehingga diharapkan peserta tidak hanya dapat menambah wawasan mengenai
sektor pertanian, perikanan dan peternakan berkelanjutan, tetapi juga sebagai agent of change
dalam menjawab permasalahan tantangan dimasa mendatang. Selain itu, mahasiswa dapat
meningkatan percaya diri, kreativitas dan saling bertukar kebudayaan. Peserta summer course
juga akan mendapatkan credit earning system/sks.

Administrasi peserta selama summer course ini ditanggung oleh anggaran kegiatan. Kriteria calon
peserta summer course dan batas akhir pendaftaran dapat dilihat pada lampiran 1. Informasi

REGISTRATION OF SUMMER COURSE 2021


The 3rd Summer Course on Sustainability of Tropical Animal Production
Theme : Creating Innovation in The New Normal Era
Event period: 5-16 July 2021

1. Application Eligibility
In order to be considered for the Summer Course Program, applicants must have all the following
requirements :
a. Applicants are students in semester 2 or 4 of SV IPB University/ Other University
b. Applicants are willing to take part in all the summer course activities
c. Applicants can adapt to the new environment, have strong spirit and motivation
d. Able to communicate and write in English
e. Minimum GPA 3.00 on 4.00 point

2. Online Application Process


Before the online application starts:
a. Read the application guidelines
b. Prepare your application documents

3. During the Online Application Period


a. Applicants can directly access the Google Form to do initial registration
b. Log in to your google account and fill out the online application form
c. Follow the instructions on the application page and upload all required documents

4. Application Documents
Application documents will be written in English. Insufficient and/or incomplete documents WILL NOT
BE ACCEPTED for application.

Answer all of the question on the online application form.
b. Photo 3x4 with a red/blue background (SC_Name ; e.g SC_Yuki); JPG max 200 kb
c. Official academic transcript. Student in the 1st year of Diploma/Bachelor (semester 2) are
required to submit the transcript of the 1st semester
d. Official English Profiency test certificate (Optional, if the applicant has a TOEFL/IELTS certificate
score of at least 500/5.5 or other English certification that is equal/similar to the above will be
taken into consideration).
e. Other supporting certificates (PDF) (Optional).
f. Passport (PDF) for International Student.
