PAST PERFECT TENSE adalah bentuk kalimat atau
ungkapan yang digunakan untuk
mengekspresikan suatu aktivitas yang telah usai
sebelum waktu tertentu di masa lampau.
CIRI CIRI PAST PERFECT
• Prediket kalimat berupa: had + past participle
Ex: I had listened to rock song
RUMUS PAST PERFECT TENSE

Ex: * I had eaten when mom came home bringing lunch.

PRESENT PERFECT TENSE adalah kalimat yang

aktivitas yang terjadi sebelum saat ini. Aktivitas
tersebut terjadi pada waktu tertentu yang tidak
spesifik di masa lampau.
Selain itu, present perfect juga dapat
menunjukkan bahwa suatu aktivitas diulangi
beberapa kali atau kerap kali terjadi di masa
lampau. Namun, tanpa menunjukkan waktu
yang spesifik.

1.Kejadian yang masih ada kaitan nya dengan waktu

2. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berulang ulang

3. Kegiatan yang terjadi diwaktu lampau dan masih terjadi

sampai sekarang

FUTURE PERFECT TENSE
Future perfect tense adalah suatu bentuk kata kerja
yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan bahwa
suatu aktivitas akan sudah selesai pada titik waktu
di masa depan.
Future perfect tense dibentuk dengan auxiliary
verb will dan have, dan past participle (verb-
3). Have digunakan baik
untuk singularmaupun plural subject.
Sedangkan past participle dibentuk dengan
menambahkan -ed, -en, -d, -t, -n, atau -ne
pada base form berupa regular verb. Pada base
form berupa irregular verb, bentuk past
participle tidak konsisten.
