menjalankan bisnisnya, pelaku berhasil menarik dan memperdayai
sekitar 388 orang nasabah dengan total kerugian hingga RP 40
miliar.adapun modus yang dilakukan pelaku dalam melancarkan
aksinya, Martinus menambahkan, yakni dengan cara menjanjikan
dapat berikan keuntungan sebesar 50%, 70%, 100% dan 300%
kepada korbannya, dan itu semua investasi yang diberikan.

Ditemukan Perusahaan Pembuat Baso Celeng. Petugas dari Suku Dinas Peternakan, Perikanan, dan Kelautan
menunjukan merk bakso yang mengandung daging babi di mobil laboratorium, Tomang, Jakarta Barat. Seorang
pedagang daging giling terbukti menjual daging celeng yang disamarkan sebagai daging sapi. Daging giling itu biasa
digunakan untuk bahan baku bakso. Menurut Pangihutan , instansinya mendapat laporan tentang penjualan daging
celeng di Jalan Pekojan III Tambora, Jakarta Barat.
Sutiman selama ini dikenal sebagai pengusaha rumahan yang menjual bakso olahan untuk penjual bakso
keliling. Sehari setelah laporan masuk, seorang pegawai Suku Dinas Peternakan membeli bakso tersebut dan
memeriksanya di laborarotorium. Hasil pemeriksaan menyatakan daging bakso itu mengandung daging babi hutan
atau celeng. Kepada para anggota tim pengawasan dari Suku Dinas Peternakan, Sutiman mengaku membeli daging
tersebut dari seotrang lelaki bernama John, yang berdomisili di Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
Menurut Pangihutan, daging celeng yang dijual Sutiman tak melalui pengawasan oleh Suku Dinas Peternakan.
Celeng tersebut diburu di berbagai daerah di Pulau Jawa dan langsung dipasarkan secara terselubung. “tak ada
jaminan daging yang dipasarkan itu sehat dan layak untuk di konsumsi,: katanya. Atas perbuatan tersebut, Dinas
Peternakan melaporkan Sutiman ke Polsek Penjaringan. Dia dijerat pasal 62 UU No 8 tahun 1999 tentang
