 Latar Belakang
Budaya organisasi yang selama ini telah terbentuk menjadi

berubah karena adanya beberapa kebijakan pemerintah yang

dikeluarkan di saat pandemi ini, seperti diterapkannya

Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) sehingga merubah

pola prilaku dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Dengan kondisi seperti ini, suatu organisasi harus

membangun budaya organisasi yang tangguh serta relevan

merupakan salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk bisa

beradaptasi dengan kondisi pandemi sehingga organisasi

memiliki kemampuan yang cukup serta mampu bersaing.

 Perilaku organisasi mencakup seluruh organisasi yang di
dalamnya terdapat perilaku manusia, budaya, sosial, dan sistem
yang mendukung adanya organisasi tersebut. Setiap organisasi
memiliki perilaku organisasi dan budaya organisasi yang berbeda
sesuai dengan aturan yang telah diterapkan organisasi tersebut.

Budaya organisasi adalah faktor yang paling penting

dalam organisasi, karena terdapat nilai atau simbol yang harus
dipatuhi bersama. Suatu budaya yang kuat akan mengarahkan
perilaku individu melakukan pekerjaan dengan lebih baik.
