Desain dari pet bowl yang monoton
membuat para pemilik hewan
peliharaan merasa bosan. Hal ini
membuka peluang usaha pet bowl
custom yang memungkinkan para
pemilik hewan peliharaan dan pecinta
hewan untuk membeli pet bowl
dengan desain yang diinginkan dan
memiliki kesan unik.
Alat dan bahan yg digunakan:
a. Clay
b. Cat
c. Varnish
untuk kemasan yang akan dipakai yaitu:
a. Kardus yang digunakan adalah kardus dengan ketebalan
2,5mm, dengan ukuran 25cm
x 25cm x 10cm atau disesuaikan dengan ukuran pet bowl
custom.

 Proses prmbuatan

● Proses produksi cat bowl:

● 1. Mencari dan membuat design tempat makan hewan / pet bowl.
● 2. Pembelian bahan produksi. setelah mempunyai marketplace yang sudah cocok dengan harga yang
disesuaikan, maka pembelian alat dan bahan : alat ukir, clay, cat acrylic, dan varnish bisa dilakukan.
● 3. Alat bahan sudah terkumpul, lalu memulai proses membentuk clay sesuai dengan design yang sudah
dibuat, lalu menunggu clay kering semalaman / bisa dilakukan dengan cepat melalui oven (suhu dan waktu
disesuaikan dengan seberapa besar kerajinan clay tersebut), jika clay sudah mengeras maka clay siap untuk di
lukis/diwarnai (warna sesuai dengan design yang dibuat). setelah menunggu catnya kering, cat dilapisi
dengan varnish agar warna lebih menonjol serta mengkilap dan agar cat pun akan tahan lama.
● 4. Promosikan hasil pet bowl yang sudah dibuat dengan difoto dan diunggah ke media sosial agar menarik
konsumen
● 5. Jika peminatnya sudah ada, pet bowl bisa langsung di packing dengan bubble wrap dan box lalu
dikirimkan pada jasa kirim ke alamat konsumen
