1. Evaluasi kesesuaian penanganan pasien
dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan, dilakukan
setiap 6 bulan dengan menentukan kasus
penyakit yang akan di bahas (sesuai 10
penyakit terbanyak/rujukan terbanyak)

2. Penilaian keterampilan klinik masing-

masing karyawan dilakukan dengan driling
penanganan kasus-kasus emergensi atau
kasus-kasus yang sering terjadi (setiap 6
bulan untuk masing masing tenaga medis dan
para medis)

3. Pembahasan kasus nearmiss, kasus

rujukan terbanyak, kasus kematian, atau
kasus-kasus yang menarik yang terjadi
sepanjang tahun berjalan di UPTD
Puskesmas 1 Mendoyo dilakukan setiap bulan
