1. Melaksanakan sosialisasi kepada perawat di
ruangan rawat inap tentang Sasaran
Keselamatan Pasien
2. Menempelkan poster tentang Sasaran
Keselamatan Pasien di ruangan rawat inap
3. Membuat daftar checklist terkait kelengkapan
gelang pasien baru dari IGD
4. Membuat stiker warna untuk membedakan
masing-masing kebutuhan pasien
