 Perekonomian tiga sektor adalah
perekonomian yang meliputi kegiatan
dalam perusahaan, rumah tangga, dan
pemerintah.

Perekonomian 3
sektor
memperhatikan Perubahan :
peranan dan
pengaruh pungutan pajak yang Pajak
pemerintah ke atas dilakukan memungkinkan
kegiatan dalam pemerintah akan pemerintah
perekonomian mengurangi melakukan
pengeluaran agregat pembelanjaan dan
melalui pengurangan ini akan menaikkan
ke atas konsumsi perbelanjaan agregat
rumah tangga

3 aliran baru :
1. Pembayaran pajak oleh rumah
tangga dan perusahaan pada
pemerintah
2. Pengeluaran pemerintah ke
perusahaan
3. Pendapatan dari pemerintah ke
rumah tangga

Penjelasan :
1. Pembayaran oleh perusahaan dibagi dua yaitu pembayran kepada rumah
tangga dan pembayaran pajak kepada pemerintah
2. Pendapatan yg diterima RT berasal dari dua sumber: dari pembayaran
faktor produksi oleh perusahaan dan dari pembayaran gaji oleh pemerintah
3. Pemerintah menerima pendapatan pajak
4. Pendapatan yg diterima RT (Y) akan digunakan untuk kebutuhan :
pengeluaran konsumsi, tabungan, dan pajak . Y=C+S+T
5. Dimisalkan tabungan RT dipinjamkan lembaga keuangan pada pengusaha
6. Pengeluaran agregat bertambah jenisnya AE=C+I+G

 Syarat Keseimbangan
Dalam perekonomian ini I dan G adalah suntikan kedalam
aliran pendapatan sedangkan S dan T adalah kebocoran.
Sehingga disimpulkan :
Y= C+I+G
I+G=S+T

 Jenis-Jenis Pajak
A. Pajak Langsung
pungutan secara langsung dikumpulkan pihak yang berwajib.
B. Pajak Tak Langsung
pajak yang bebannya dapat dipindahkan kepada pihak lain. Contoh pajak
impor
C. Pajak Regresif
sistem pajak yang persentasi pungutan pajaknya menurun apabila
pendapatan yang dikenakan pajak menjadi bertambah tinggi
D. Pajak Proporsional
persentasinya pungutan pajak tetap besarnya pada berbagai tingkatan
pendapatan
E. Pajak Progresif
persentasinya menambah apabila pendapatan semakin meningkat

Efek pajak terhadap konsumsi dan
tabungan
Akibat pajak, pendapatan disposebel menjadi lebih kecil
dari pemdapatan nasional. Hubungannya :
Yd= Y – T
Penurunan Yd menyebabkan pengeluaran konsumsi dan
tabungan RT akan berkurang pada berbagai tingkat
pendapatan
