Gambaran Kualitas Lingkungan Fisik Rumah Penderita TB Paru BTA Positif

Di Desa Pasar Lapan Dusun II Kelurahan Indrapura Kecamatan Air Putih
Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2016
Berdasarkan Data Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) pada tahun 2007
menyatakan jumlah penderita tuberkulosis di Indonesia sekitar 528 ribu atau berada
di posisi tiga di dunia setelah India dan Cina. Laporan WHO pada tahun 2009,
mencatat peringkat Indonesia menurun ke posisi lima dengan jumlah penderita TBC
sebesar 429 ribu orang. Lima negara dengan jumlah terbesar kasus insiden pada
tahun 2009 adalah India, Cina, Afrika Selatan, Nigeria dan Indonesia (WHO, 2010).
Pada tahun 2010 didapatkan prevalensi TB paru berdasarkan diagnosis sebesar 725
per 100.000 penduduk di Indonesia.
Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kualitas
Lingkungan Fisik Rumah Penderita TB Paru BTA Positif Di Desa Pasar Lapan
Dusun II Kelurahan Indrapura Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi
Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian
survei deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu suatu penelitian untuk melihat masalah dari
fenomena yang terjadi pada masyarakat berupa Gambaran Kualitas Lingkungan
Fisik Rumah Penderita TB Paru BTA Positif Di Desa Pasar Lapan Dusun II
Kelurahan Indrapura Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi Sumatera
Utara pada tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas lingkungan
fisik rumah berkaitan dengan kejadian TB paru BTA (+).Maka dari itu untuk
mengurangi resiko penularan tuberkulosis paru , agar dilakukan perbaikan kondisi
lingkungan rumah dan untuk mengurangi kelembaban ruangan, sebaiknya ruang
tidur sebagian atapnya memakai genteng kaca supaya matahari dapat masuk.

Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi Sumatera Utara in 2016
Based Data World Health Organization (WHO) in 2007 stated the number of
tuberculosis patients in Indonesia around 528 thousand or be in the top three in the
world after India and China. WHO report in 2009, Indonesia ranked noted decreased
to fifth by the number of tuberculosis patients by 429 thousand people. The five
countries with the largest number of incident cases in 2009 were India, China, South
Africa, Nigeria and Indonesia (WHO, 2010). In 2010 the prevalence of pulmonary
tuberculosis based on the diagnosis of 725 per 100,000 population in Indonesia.
The general objective of this study was to determine the image quality To
check the Physical Environment Overview Home smear positive pulmonary
tuberculosis patients at Desa Pasar Lapan Dusun II Kelurahan Indrapura
Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi Sumatera Utara in 2016. Type
study is a descriptive survey quantitative, is a study to look at the problem of the
phenomenon that occurs in the community in the form of picture Environmental
