PROGRAM KEGIATAN EXCHANGE STUDENTS GURU DAN SISWA RYS BALI JSRACS PERTH

SENIN, 10 MARET - SENIN, 24 MARET 2014

I. LATAR BELAKANG Kegiatan pertukaran guru dan pelajar yang sudah terjalin sangat baik perlu ditingkatkan untuk dapat memberikan kontribusi positif yang lebih baik lagi bagi kedua pihak dalam hal ini adalah Raj Yamuna School Bali - Indonesia dan John Septimus Roe Angelican Community School Perth - Australia. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya selalu disertai oleh rasa tanggung jawab dan dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap kemajuan pendidikan baik formal maupun seni budaya. Adapun yang menjadi landasan tanggung jawab dan dedikasi tersebut adalahbutir - butir MOU dan penerapan filosophi MADOKIN.

II. TUJUAN Pelaksanaan kegiatan pertukaran guru dan pelajar antara Raj Yamuna dan John Septimus Roe Angelican Community School adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi yang lebih baik dalam akademis maupun seni budaya. Sehingga kegiatan ini sekurang-kurangnya dapat membuka serta menambah wawasan bagi guru dan pelajar di kedua sekolah. Kunjungan para siswa dan siswi beserta para guru Raj Yamuna School Denpasar ke JSRACS di Perth, Australia adalah sebagai penerapan pelaksanaan MOU, yang mengemban misi untuk pertukaran budaya dan pendidikan.

III. KEGIATAN Selama di Perth - Australia guru dan siswa Raj Yamuna akan tinggal sementara bersama Host family yang telah dipilih dan bersedia untuk memberikan masukan bagi para siswa dan guru dalam pengenalan budaya di Australia. Para siswa dan guru juga akan mengunjungi beberapa tempat termasuk wisata budaya dan pendidikan

Begin and end day at JSR Mirrabooka campus School day in class with Ibu G / Ibu K / Ibu B or with host student ( please let me know ) Indonesian / gamelan and dance workshops with students in LOTE classes

Wed

12th March

Start at Mb school Bus to pick up Grace, Kyden& Madison and Cameron at 10.30am please wait at admin

10.10am -3.35pm visit Chocolate Factory & Caversham Wildlife Park with host students
The bus will drop off Grace, Kyden&Madison and Cameron at 3.00pm with their Bali Hosts ( unless otherwise requested )

Thur

13th March

School day in class at Bb campus with Mrs Beeston - Performance at Bb in Indo classes Begin and end day at JSR Mirrabooka campus OR Beechboro campus ( according to host ) All day at Bb campus we will organise transport to and from Bb campus for 5 Bali students The 3 students hosted by Bb students : Grace, Kyden& Madison and Cameron begin and end day at Bb campus with host student.

Date 17th March SECOND WEEK Begin and end day at JSR Mirrabooka campus School day in class with Ibu G / Ibu K Indonesian / gamelan and dance workshops with students 10.10am Performance at Mb middle school assembly and 11.00am PAC ( periods 3&4)

18th March

Begin and end day at JSR Mirrabooka campus Host student and Year 9 Excursion for Harmony Week lunch at Tasik Indo Restaurant followed by William Street quiz / walk ... Pak Farez will take students into city by bus and meet us at Tasik Restaurant no lunch required please let me know if your child is going & any allergies 11.40am 3.35pm Year 10 & 11 Indonesian language students as group leaders with the following 7 staff : Ibu G, Ibu K, Father Tony, Carleen Edwards, Brendon Cook, Pak Farez&IbuAgung 3pm bus back to JSR from northern end of William St arriving back at JSR Mb at 3.30pm

Begin and end day at JSR Mirrabooka campus School day in class 12.15PM 1.00PM HARMONY DAY LUNCHTIME STALLS in SECONDARY 5pm 7pm FAREWELL Dinner in JSR Mb caf in PAC thank you dinner and Balinese dance for host families

21st March

Begin and end day at JSR Mirrabooka campus Perth Tour Excursion 8.50am to 3.35pm Host students and year 10&11 Indo class accompany Bali students by bus to Kings Park, Ferry to Bell Tower ( bell ringing booked in at 11.45am ) lunch in food court , walk to museum lunch or lunch money required please let me know if your child is going

Staff on all day tour with host : Kings Park, Ferry to Bell Tower , walk thro City to museum

Weekend with host family AUSMAT VOLUNTEER EXERCISE 9am 4pm Bus departs 9am , returns 4pm . Bali students to participate. Please let me know if your child is taking part. Begin at JSR Mirrabooka campus. Bali students to come to JSR Mb with suitcase. Leave school for airport at 11.00am.
