Proyek berakhir jika :
tujuan proyek sudah terpenuhi, atau
kondisinya jelas bahwa tujuan proyek tidak akan atau
tidak dapat dipenuhi, atau
kebutuhan proyek untuk lebih lama tidak ada dan
proyek dihentikan/diputus kontraknya.

Sifat Temporary akan berlaku untuk hal-hal yang
terkait dengan proyek tersebut.
Project Team hampir semua proyek
dilakukan oleh team yang dibentuk untuk
melakukan proyek tersebut, dan
dibubarkan ketika proyek berakhir.
