development in the field of education was hampered by a lack of infrastructure
support. With the uneven spread of information technology will affect the
educational development process. The consequences for the world of education in
the province is lagging in the development of education so that it is very
influential in the thinking ability of students in the province.
The learning experience is closely related to skill development. The more active
the students intellectually, socially manual and seems more meaningful learning
experience of students. By doing their own, students will better appreciate. It is
different if only by hearing or just read. There is a phrase often thrown in
education is "Experience is the best teacher" through which one learns a real
experience.
One of the factors of the success in the learning process is the availability of
adequate learning resources. It can be a source of learning media / learning tools
and supporting materials. Learning aids are all tools that can be used to help
students in the commission of learning. Then it will be more interesting lessons,
became a concrete, easy to understand, saving time and effort and the results
more meaningful.

However the use of ICTs for students is limited on ICT subjects, and teachers
have not memanfaatan of ICT in the teaching process other subjects. In contrast
to existing schools in Jakarta that have used ICT in learning Science and
Mathematics.

nyata seseorang belajar.
Salah satu faktor yang menunjang keberhasilan dalam proses belajar adalah
tersedianya sumber belajar yang memadai. Sumber belajar itu dapat berupa media
/ alat bantu belajar serta bahan baku penunjang. Alat bantu belajar merupakan
semua alat yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu siswa dalam melakukan
perbuatan belajar. Maka pelajaran akan lebih menarik, menjadi konkret, mudah
dipahami, hemat waktu dan tenaga serta hasil yang lebih bermakna.
Namun pemanfaatan TIK bagi siswa masih sebatas pada mata pelajaran TIK, dan
guru belum memanfaatan TIK dalam proses pengajaran mata pelajaran yang lain.
Berbeda dengan sekolah yang ada di Jakarta yang telah menggunakan TIK dalam
pembelajaran Sains dan Matematika.
