Untuk membuat Yes – no menggunakan:

Yaitu ungkapan simpati yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan perasaan iba dan turut prihatin atas hal – hal yang
tidak menyenangkan yang terjadi pada orang lain.

d. I am sorry to hear that!
e. Please accept my condolence.
