EFEKTIVITAS PERUBAHAN SISTEM PENYIMPANAN REKAM MEDIS DARI SENTRALISASI
KE DESENTRALISASI DI RS KEN SARAS KABUPATEN SEMARANG PADA TAHUN 2018

Filling adalah sebagai tempat pengaturan dan penyimpanan dokumen atas dasar sistem
penataan tertentu. Menurut Depkes RI, sistem penyimpanan rekam medis yang banyak dipakai
di rumah sakit saat ini adalah sistem penyimpanan sentralisasi. Di filing RS Ken Saras,
Penyimpanan dokumen Rekam Medis awalnya menggunakan sistem sentralisasi pada tahun
2017 diubah ke desentralisasi. Sebelum diubahnya sistem penyimpanan di filing RS Ken Saras,
sering mengalami missfile. Menurut petugas rata – rata missfile sebanyak 2 dokumen rekam
medis.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara.
Jumlah sampel 10 sub rak filing RS Ken Saras Kabupaten Semarang.

Hasil penelitian, adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur yang mengatur sistem

penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis. Cara penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis yaitu
dentralisasi. Keterbatasan pada ruang filing, Petugas mengalami kendala saat menemukan
dokumen rekam medis, terjadinya kerusakan pada map dokumen diakibatkan dari roll o’pack
yang sudah penuh. Pelaksanaan perubahan dimulai dari tahun 2017 dan belum sepenuhnya
berubah karena beberapa masalah, Untuk penyimpanan filing rawat inap sudah mempunyai roll
o’pack ada 5 lemari yaitu subrak 00 – 04. tingkat kejadian missfile setelah perubahan sistem
penyimpanan dari 10 sub rak dokumen sebesar 2%.

Saran, tetap mempertahankan sistem penyimpanan sentralisasi. diadakanya retensi dan

pemusnahan dokumen rekam medis. Mulai diterapkan nya Rekam Medis Elektronik (EMR) untuk
dokumen rekam medis rawat inap. Menerapkan kebijakan mengenai punishment dan reward
untuk kedisiplinan petugas

EFFECTIVENESS OF CHANGES IN MEDICAL RECORD STORAGE SYSTEMS FROM

CENTRALIZATION TO DECENTRALIZATION IN KEN SARAS Hospital, SEMARANG
DISTRICT IN 2018

Filling is a place for setting up and storing documents on the basis of a particular
arrangement system. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the medical record storage
system that is widely used in hospitals today is a centralized storage system. In filing Ken Saras
Hospital, storage of Medical Record documents initially using a centralized system in 2017 was
changed to decentralization. Before changing the storage system in filing Ken Saras Hospital,
often experiencing missfiles. According to officers, the average missfile is 2 medical record
documents.

This research is a descriptive study with observation and interview methods. The
number of samples is 10 filing sub shelves of Ken Saras Hospital, Semarang Regency.

The results of the study, the existence of Operational Standards Procedures that
regulate the medical record document storage system. The method of storing medical record
documents is decentralized. The limitations on the filing room, officers experienced problems
when finding medical record documents, the damage to the document folder was caused by the
roll o 'pack which was already full. The implementation of the changes began in 2017 and has
not been fully changed due to several problems. For the storage of inpatient filings already have
an o'pack roll there are 5 cabinets, namely 00-0-04.

Suggestions, keep maintaining a centralized storage system. held retention and

destruction of medical record documents. Beginning with the implementation of Electronic
Medical Records (EMR) for inpatient medical record documents. Implement policies regarding
punishment and reward for disciplinary officers
