Head Of Marketing:
● Membuat strategi pemasaran dengan membuat Business Plan dan
Business Model Canvas dengan target penjualan minimal 20 porsi
pudding dan 20 gelas minuman per hari atau pendapatan per hari
minimal Rp. 600.000
● Membuat konten media sosial SOJA dengan Canva atau
sejenisnya (3 hari sekali).
Activity Plan ● Membuat kalender konten media sosial untuk 1 minggu dengan
Microsoft excel setiap awal minggu.
● Laporkan efektivitas kampanye pemasaran menggunakan KPI
yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya selama sebulan dengan target
interaksi dengan media social SOJA dengan tingkat kenaikan
sebesar 5% per minggu.
● Melakukan promosi melalui social media influencer maupun food
blog dan food blogger sebanyak 2 minggu sekali
Finance:
● Membuat laporan keuangan (harian, mingguan, bulanan)
menggunakan Microsoft excel.
● Mengecek stok bahan baku setiap hari dengan menggunakan
daftar stok yang akan terus diupdate per hari.
● Menentukan budget belanja mingguan dengan target penjualan
sebesar 20 porsi per hari.
● Menghitung biaya promosi yang akan dilakukan setiap bulan
melalui media social.
