dalam proses pengadaan perihal di atas. Terlampir
adalah Dokumen Prakualifikasi berisi instruksi
selengkapnya tentang bagaimana berpartisipasi dan
menyiapkan Pengajuan Prakualifikasi yang memenuhi
persyaratan. Instruksi-instruksi ini harus diikuti
sepenuhnya untuk menjaga agar Pengajuan-pengajuan
yang diserahkan memakai format yang konsisten dan
oleh karenanya dapat dievalusi dengan konsisten.
Hanya Para Pendaftar yang dapat memenuhi minimum
persyaratan Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri
(TKDN) pada saat pendaftaran yang dapat mengikuti
proses Prakualifikasi ini.
