DustDown 369 can be applied to control dust
in crushing, unloading, transfer and storage
of a variety of materials including coal, iron
ore, limestone, slag and other friable
material.

 High Wetting Capability
DustDown 369 has an exceptionally high
wetting capability to prevent airborne
dust.
 Minimize Water Addition
The residual of DustDown 369 solution,
depending on the material, will result in
only about 0.5% moisture addition to the
material which equates to about 2 – 9
liters of solution added per ton of material
being treated.
 Longer Suppression Effect
DustDown 369 has the property of dust
suppressant effects in longer term,
therefore reduces the number of
application points required to control your
dust problems.
 Non-Toxic and Biodegradable
DustDown 369 is completely non
hazardous to animal, insect and plant life,
and safe for human skin. It is non-toxic
and environment friendly. DustDown 369
is biodegradable and will not interfere with
natural ecology.
 Non Corrosive
DustDown 369 is non-corrosive and safe
for all metals.
Application
 Pre dilute DustDown 369 with water at
ratio 1:250 until 1:1000 (or at 0.1% -
0.4% concentration).
 Spray DustDown 369 when the coal was
dump from crusher to conveyor transfer
points or train loading facilities.

DustDown 369 merupakan suppressant debu
yang sangat efektif untuk semua jenis
material bulk. Mengurangi pemakaian air dan
mempunyai kemampuan membasahi yang
sangat baik untuk menekan timbulnya debu.
DustDown 369 dapat diaplikasikan untuk
mengontrol debu di crushing, unloading,
transfer dan penyimpanan beragam material
seperti batubara, bijih besi, kapur, slag dan
material lainnya yang mudah pecah.

mencegah partikel debu berterbangan.
 Peningkatan Kadar Air yang Minimum
Residu dari larutan DustDown 369,
tergantung pada jenis material yang
diaplikasikan, akan menaikan kadar air
hanya sekitar 0,5% atau setara dengan
penambahan larutan 2 - 9 liter per ton
bahan yang diaplikasikan.
 Efek Kerja Lebih Lama
DustDown 369 memberikan efek supresi
debu untuk jangka waktu lebih lama,
sehingga mengurangi jumlah titik aplikasi
yang diperlukan.
 Tidak Beracun dan Biodegradable
DustDown 369 tidak beracun dan ramah
lingkungan sehingga tidak berbahaya bagi
hewan, serangga dan tanaman. Juga
aman untuk kulit manusia. DustDown 369
dapat terurai oleh alam dan tidak akan
mengganggu keseimbangan ekologi.

Cara Pemakaian
 Buat campuran DustDown 369 dengan air
dengan perbandingan 1:250 sampai
1:1000 (konsentrasi 0,1% – 0,4%).
 Semprotkan DustDown 369 pada saat
batubara dicurahkan dari crusher ke
konveyor transfer atau saat pengisian di

Shelf Life
The shelf life for this product is 2 year when
it is stored in its original, sealed container at
room temperature. However, the product
should be inspected after 2 year from the
date of manufacture prior to customer use.
