Baik Terimakasih. Yang terhormat para juri dan rekan rekan semuanya. Which one matters the
most? Economy or health? Ofcourse Economy. Why??
Ekonomi merupakan suatu hal yang luas dan krusial bagi kehidupan masyarakat suatu negara.
Artinya agar kehidupan bisa makmur dan sejahtera, tentunya elemen ini harus mendapatkan
perhatian yang lebih baik itu dari pemerintah maupun masyarakat itu sendiri. Keadaan ekonomi
harus stabil supaya semua bidang yang berkorelasi dengan sektor ekonomi pun ikut sejahtera.
Menteri keuangan, Sri Mulyani menekankan pemerintah harus terus menjaga sikap antisipatif
sembari memberi respon yang tepat terhadap segala dinamika yang terjadi. APBN sebagai
instrumen kebijakan ekonomi yang vital akan selalu digunakan untuk upaya-upaya intervensi
penanganan kesehatan, perlindungan sosial, serta dukungan pada dunia usaha terutama UMKM.
APBN harus tetap bekerja keras dan bekerja cepat dalam melindungi masyarakat Indonesia dari
ancaman terhadap kesehatan dan jiwa, menjaga kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin dan rentan,
serta mendukung daya tahan dunia usaha.
Berdasarkan fakta saat ini pada masa covid-19 bahwasannya banyak mall, tempat restaurant,
toko, atau tempat terjadinya aktivitas ekonomi masih buka. Ini membuktikan bahwa ekonomi
sangat penting dan tak lepas dari hidup kita. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat
Statistik bahwasannya kondisi pertumbuhan ekonomi dari kuartal 2 2020 sampai kuartal 2 2021
menunjukkan kenaikan secara signifikan meskipun sedang terpuruk di pandemic covid 19.
Menteri Keuangan juga sudah merinci akan menyediakan beberapa triliun rupiah. Dana ini akan
digunakan untuk membantu perusahaan agar tidak hancur dan dapat beroperasi secara normal.
Kalau ekonomi tidak mendapat atensi yang lebih, akan memberi dampak pada berbagai sektor.
Misalkan jika ekonomi tidak stabil, tenaga kesehatan dibayar menggunakan apa? Mereka bukan
sukarelawan juga. Masih ada keluarga yang harus dinafkahi. Apalagi mereka mempunyai resiko
tertular dan kehilangan nyawa yang tinggi. Apa jaminan bagi mereka?? Sudah pasti baiknya
ekonomi untuk mereka.
Jadi kesimpulannya, ekonomi sangat berperan penting bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat suatu
negara karena ekonomi merupakan organ vital yang harus dijaga kestabilannya.

Saya akan memaparkan argumen sebagai pembicara ke 2 Affirmative

Apabila pemerintah hanya memfokuskan untuk mempebaiki kesehatan, apakah kesehatan itu
sendiri dapat berhasil terselesaikan dengan cepat?, faktanya covid 19 sampai saat ini terus
melonjak, bahkan sampai hari ini di beberapa daerah sedang zona merah. Ini menandakan bahwa
kesehatan tidak kunjung membaik.
Menegaskan argumen yang telah dipaparkan oleh pembicara 1 affirmative
menurut data BPS / CAS (badan pusat statistik) pertumbuhan ekonomi dari kuartal 2 2020 –
kuartal 2 2021 terjadi kenaikan dimana pada masa awal covid sempat turun drastis di triwulan 2
tahun 2020 yang menunjukan -5,32.Menjadi naik ke angka -3,49 dikuartal ke 3tahun 2020.
kemudian mengalami kenaikan lagi dipenghujung akhir tahun 2020 menjadi -2,19. Diawal tahun
2021 menjadi menjadi -0,10. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi mengalami
kenaikan dari kuartal sebelumnya. Dan saat ini memasuki kuartal 2 tahun 2021 mengalami
kenaikan yang tinggi menjadi 7.00. Hal ini menjadi normal kembali. Membuktikan bahwa
Ekonomi mampu bertahan di tengah COVID19.
Kemudian berikut beberapa rincian besaran dana dari menteri keuangan kita Ibu Sri Mulyani,
yang nantinya akan diberikan kepada perusahaan agar tidak hancur. yaitu ada perusahaan
maskapai Garuda dan pabrik baja krakatau steel akan diberikan dana sebesar 11,5 triliun rupiah
agar tetap bisa beroperasi dan menggaji karyawan nya.
Beberapa BUMN (badan usaha milik negara) juga akan diberikan dana, negara akan memberikan
dana sebesar 152 triliun rupiah, jika tidak dilaksankan akan berdampak kepada peningkatan
angka pengangguran di Indonesia, dan akan lebih berbahaya daripada virus itu sendiri.

Seperti yang telah dipaparkan oleh kedua teman saya, begitu banyak alasan mengapa kondisi
ekonomi harus diperhatikan. Pada kenyataanya ekonomi masih bisa diperhitungkan dengan jelas
dan konkret karena bersifat kuantitatif, contohnya melalui Pertumbuhan Ekonomi yang
menunjukkan sejauh mana aktivitas perekonomian akan menghasilkan tambahan pendapatan
masyarakat di suatu periode tertentu. Hal ini sudah dijelaskan bahwa meskipun di masa
pandemic covid19 ini pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia terus merangkak naik. Sama sama naik
jika dibandingkan dengan kasus covid 19. Tapi bedanya kasus covid 19 mempunyai arti yang
buruk, sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi naik mempunyai arti yang sangat bagus.
Pada kenyataannya kita juga sedang memasuki masa new normal. Ini artinya kondisi ekonomi
bisa berdampingan dengan COVID19 dan menunjukkan progres yang signifikan. Ini yang harus
menjadi focus utama kita saat ini. Jika new normal diberlakukan, maka ekonomi akan pulih.
namun, apabila new normal tidak dilakukan, maka Indonesia berpeluang mengalami resesi
ekonomi. Jangan sampai resesi ekonomi di Indonesia terjadi. Apalagi kita tidak tahu Pandemi
COVID19 kapan akan selesai, saatnya menerapkan new normal dan focus terhadap sector
ekonomi.
Dan tetap saja masyarakat lebih memilih untuk melakukan aktivitas ekonomi diluar sana.
Lagipula jika kita tidak punya cukup uang, darimana kita akan membeli obat apabila kita sakit??
Banyak sekali bisnis yang bermunculan karena adanya keterpurukan dari pandemic. Dan menjadi
warna baru bagi Indonesia. Hal ini banyak sekali menunjukkan hal positif. Daripada kita harus
bergelut di Bidang kesehatan yang tak kunjung membaik.
Bapak dan ibu sekalian, perlu diketahui bahwa ekonomi lebih penting.

Every country must go through the stages of development of a prosperous condition.
Talking about the economy, it's not just talking about a big salary, but has a very broad scope of
how the effectiveness of economic activities has a good impact and influence on any field.
In fact, the economy is the broadest sector and has a strong correlation and is in line with other
sectors. In economic development there is a process of change towards improvements that are
carried out consciously and planned to improve people's living standards.
One indicator of the success of economic development can be reducing unemployment, poverty
or inequality. Why? because if a country's economy is good, many sectors will be affected well,
for example, if the economy improves, health, education, infrastructure will be in line with
economic conditions.
The Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani stressed that the government must continue to maintain an
anticipatory attitude while providing the right response to all the dynamics that occur. The State
Budget as a vital economic policy instrument will always be used for intervention efforts in
health care, social protection, and support for the business world, especially MSMEs.
The state budget must continue to work hard and work fast in protecting the Indonesian people
from threats to health and life, safeguarding the welfare of the poor and vulnerable, and
supporting the resilience of the business world.
Based on the current facts during the Covid-19 period, many malls, restaurants, shops, or places
where economic activity occurs are still open. This proves that the economy is very important
and cannot be separated from our lives.
If the economic situation is bad, the impact will be wide. For example, production activities in
urban areas are experiencing difficulties, this will have an impact on rural communities because
the raw materials to be produced in urban areas come from rural areas. How can people get
health welfare if the economic situation is bad? If the economy grows steadily, then accessibility
to health can prosper in people with good economics.
Even in the case of health, many programs such as compensation or insurance are actually still
related to the economy as well.
So indeed this economic problem is something that must receive more attention from all
elements that must synergize with each other.
 Based on data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, the condition of economic growth
from the 2nd quarter of 2020 to the 2nd quarter of 2021 showed a significant increase despite
being slumped in the COVID-19 pandemic.
This indicates that the economy is the most important thing and cannot be separated from human
life. During the current pandemic, of course, health workers must be given intensive care
according to their work. Why?
They are not volunteers. There are still families to support. Moreover, they have a high risk of
contracting and losing their lives. then what is the guarantee for them if they are given an equal
wage? It is certain that their economy will prosper.
So in conclusion, the economy plays an important role for the welfare of the people of a country
to improve people's living standards, because the economy is a vital organ that must be kept
stable so that all fields that are correlated with the economic sector also prosper.

If the government only focuses on improving health, can health itself be resolved quickly?, the
fact is that covid 19 continues to soar, even today in some areas it is a red zone. This indicates
that health is not getting better.
Affirming the arguments presented by speaker 1 affirmative. According to data from BPS /
CAS (central statistical agency) economic growth from the 2nd quarter of 2020 to the 2nd
quarter of 2021 there was an increase where in the early days of covid it had dropped
dramatically in the 2nd quarter of 2020 which showed -5.32. This increased to -3.49 in the 3rd
quarter of 2020. then increased again at the end of 2020 to -2.19.
At the beginning of 2021 it showed -0.10%. This shows that economic growth has increased
from the previous quarter. And now entering the 2nd quarter of 2021, it experienced a high
increase to 7.00. This is back to normal. Proving that the economy is able to survive in the midst
of COVID19.
Then here are some details of the amount of funds from our finance minister, Mrs. Sri Mulyani,
which will later be given to the company so that it doesn't get bankrupt. The companies that are
going to be given the funds are Garuda airline and the Krakatau Steel factory, which will be
given funds of 11.5 trillion rupiah so that they can continue to operate and pay their employees.
Some SOEs (state-owned enterprises) will also be given funds, the state will provide funds of
152 trillion rupiah, if not implemented it will have an impact on increasing the unemployment
rate in Indonesia, and will be more dangerous than the virus itself. And will have an impact on

I’m Faishal Dzaky Affianto as third speaker.
As my two friends have explained, there are so many reasons why economic conditions must
be considered. In fact, the economy can still be calculated clearly and concretely because it is
quantitative, for example Economic Growth which shows the extent to which economic activity
will generate additional income for the community in a certain period. It has been explained too
that even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesia's economic growth continues to show an
increase. The same goes up when compared to the case of covid 19. But the difference is that the
case of covid 19 has a bad meaning, while increasing economic growth has a very good meaning.
Based on our condition we are also entering a new normal. This means that economic conditions
can coexist with COVID19 and show significant progress. This should be our main focus at this
time. If the new normal is enforced, the economy will recover. However, if the new normal is
not implemented, then Indonesia has the opportunity to experience an economic recession. Do
not let the economic recession in Indonesia happen. Moreover, we don't know when the
COVID19 pandemic will end, it's time to implement the new normal and focus on the economic
sector.
And still people prefer to carry out economic activities out there. After all, if we don't have
enough money, where will we buy medicine when we are sick??Think about it.
And also lots of businesses have sprung up because of the downturn from the pandemic. And
become a new color for Indonesia. This shows a lot of positive things. Instead we have to talk
about the health sector which is not getting better.
Ladies and gentlemen, we can say that the economy is more important for us.
And last I truly believe with knowledge, hard work, and hand in hand we can increase
Indonesia's economic conditions. It’s time isn’t all about YOU, not even ME. It’s all about US to
make the economy our main focus today.
