OTT diduga terkait dengan pungli UNBK 2019.
 REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, PURWAKARTA -- Satgas saber pungli Provinsi Jabar
bersama pokja penindakan yustisi UPP saber pungli Purwakarta, melakukan
operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) di SMPN 2 Plered, Kabupaten Purwakarta.
OTT tersebut, terkait dengan dugaan pungutan liar kegiatan UNBK 2019. Ada
empat pelaku pungli, yang digelandang petugas.

Kasat Reskrim Polres Purwakarta, AKP Handreas Ardian, membenarkan jika

hari ini ada OTT di lingkungan SMPN 2 Plered. Ada empat terduga pelaku
yang diamankan oleh petugas. Keempatnya, yaitu kepala sekolah lama,
kepala sekolah baru, ketua komite dan bendahara komite.

"Saat ini, prosesnya sedang tahap klarifikasi," ujar Handreas,

kepada Republika.co.id, Jumat (17/5).

Empat terduga pelaku itu, masing-masing YR (kepala sekolah lama), EN

(kepala sekolah baru), S (ketua komite) serta JJ (bendahara komite).
Keempatnya, diduga melakukan pungutan liar terkait dengan kegiatan UNBK.

Handreas menjelaskan, keempat orang itu diduga melakukan pungli kepada

seluruh orang tua siswa untuk kegiatan UNBK tahun 2019. Pungutan itu,
dilakukan terhadap seluruh siswa kelas 7 sampai 9. Dengan besaran, masing-
masing Rp 700 ribu per siswa.

Adapun, uang dari seluruh orang tua siswa di sekolah tersebut, digunakan
untuk pengadaan barang berupa komputer. Selain itu, pihak sekolah pun
diduga melakukan pemotongan terhadap siswa yang mendapatkan bantuan
melalui kegiatan PIP.

there was OTT in the Plered 2 Junior High School. There were four suspected perpetrators who
were secured by officers. The four, namely the old school principal, the new headmaster, the
committee chairman and the committee treasurer. "At present, the process is being clarified,"
Handreas said to Republika.co.id on Friday (5/17). The four alleged perpetrators were YR (old
school principal), EN (new headmaster), S (committee leader) and JJ (committee treasurer).
The four were suspected of carrying out illegal levies related to UNBK activities. Handreas
explained, the four people allegedly did extortion to all parents of students for UNBK activities in
2019. The levies were carried out on all students from 7th to 9th grade. The amount was Rp.
700,000 per student. Meanwhile, money from all parents of students at the school is used to
procure goods in the form of computers. In addition, the school was allegedly cutting off

Irwan mengancam akan langsung memberikan sanksi atau memberhentikan

kepala sekolah yang kedapatan melakukan pelanggaran PPDB. "Dalam
penerimaan murid baru bila ada yang coba-coba bermain, saya akan
langsung memerintahkan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan untuk memberhentikan
kepala sekolahnya," kata Irwan, Sabtu (18/5).

Irwan menyebut Pelaksanaan PPDB merupakan kewenangan sepenuhnya

dari sekolah. Tapi menurut gubernur PPDB perlu dilakukan secara objektif,
akuntabel dan transparan supaya masyarakat yang hendak mendaftarkan
putra putrinya tidak merasa kecewa.

Sebab kata Irwan PPDB ini merupakan hak bagi setiap warga negara untuk
mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak. Terlebih anak-anak yang mndaftar
sekolah ke tingkat lebih lanjut itu merupakan cikal bakal generasi penerus
bangsa ke depan.

Selanjutnya gubernur juga menyampaikan agar sekolah-sekolah tidak hanya

mementingkan prestasi di bidang akademik saja. Sekolah kata dia harus
memikirkan potensi lainnya dari murid-murid. Seperti di bidang olahraga,
kesenian, kebudayaan atau bahkan hafiz Al-quran. Karena prestasi di luar
akademik kata dia juga menjadi tiket bagi siswa-siswi untuk melanjutkan
pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Misalnya untuk masuk perguruan
tinggi.

"Semua ini sudah, ada pembicaraan dengan pihak Dirjen di Kementerian

Pendidikan, siswa baru bisa masuk lewat prestasi diluar prestasi pendidikan,"
ucap Irwan.

Moreover, children who enroll in the school to a further level are the forerunners of the future
generation of the nation. Furthermore, the governor also said that schools not only prioritize
achievements in the academic field. The school said he had to think about the other potential of
the students. Like in the fields of sports, arts, culture or even the Hafiz Al-Quran. Because of his
achievements outside of academics, he said, he also became a ticket for students to continue
their education to a higher level. For example, to enter college.   "All this, there have been
discussions with the Director General at the Ministry of Education, new students can enter
through achievements outside of education achievements," said Irwan.

JAKARTA - Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) menemukan banyak kesalahan input
data suara Pemilu 2019 ke Sistem Informasi Penghitungan Suara (Situng) Komisi
Pemilihan Umum (KPU).

Namun, kesalahan tersebut tidak sebanyak yang dilaporkan oleh Badan Pemenangan
Nasional (BPN) Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno ke Bawaslu.

Hal itu menanggapi BPN Prabowo-Sandi yang telah menyerahkan bukti-bukti kesalahan
input data pada Sitem Informasi Penghitungan Suara (Situng) KPU sebanyak 73.715
bukti. Bukti tersebut telah diserahkan kepada Bawaslu, Jumat (3/5/2019).

"Kalau di masalah Situng, buktinya 73 ribu ya," ujar Anggota Bawaslu Rahmat Bagja
dalam diskusi Polemik MNC Trijaya Network bertajuk Menanti 22 Mei, di D'Condulate,
KH Wahid Hasyim, Jakarta Pusat, Sabtu (18/5/2019).

Namun demikian, menurut Bagja, Bawaslu hanya menemukan 7.300-an kesalahan

input Situng. Kebanyakan di antaranya karena C1 nya bermasalah.

"Yang jelas ada terdapat 7300-an kesalahan entry. Kemudian 7 ribunya itu tidak bisa
diperbaiki. Kenapa, karena C1-nya yang bermasalah. Bukan C1-nya tapi data
perhitungan di PSU (pemungutan suara ulang) dan diperbaiki tingkat kecamatan dan itu
bermasalah dan data itu tidak bisa di otak atik," tuturnya.

Sebelumnya, Koordinator Relawan Tim Informasi dan Teknologi (IT) BPN Prabowo-
Sandiaga Uno, Mustofa Nahrawardaya telah melaporkan 73.715 bukti kesalahan input
data pada Situng KPU yang akan diberikan ke Bawaslu. Bersamaan dengan itu,
Mustofa juga akan meminta Bawaslu untuk menghentikan proses Situng.

"Tim Relawan IT Prabowo-Sandi akan meminta Bawaslu menghentikan Situng KPU

dengan melaporkan bukti kesalahan input luar biasa sebanyak 73.715 error input dari
477.021 TPS," ungkapnya.

JAKARTA - The Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) found many errors in the voice data input of the 2019
Election to the General Election Commission (KPU) Voice Counting Information System (SPU).

However, the error was not as much as reported by the National Winning Body (BPN) Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga
Uno to Bawaslu.

It was responding to Prabowo-Sandi BPN who had submitted evidence of data input errors in the KPU Vote
Counting Information System (Situng) as many as 73,715 proofs. The evidence has been submitted to Bawaslu on
Friday (05/03/2019).

"In the Situng problem, the proof is 73 thousand," said Bawaslu member Rahmat Bagja in the MNC Trijaya

However, according to Bagja, Bawaslu only found 7,300 Situng input errors. Most of them are because the C1 has a
problem.

"What is clear is that there are 7300 entry errors. Then the 7 thousand cannot be repaired. Why, because the C1 has
problems. Not the C1 but the calculation data in the PSU (re-voting) and the sub-district level and it is problematic
and the data can't be manipulated, "he said.

Previously, the Coordinator of the Information and Technology (IT) Volunteer Team of Prabowo-Sandiaga Uno,
Mustofa Nahrawardaya had reported 73,715 proofs of data input errors in Situng KPU to be given to Bawaslu. At
the same time, Mustofa will also ask the Bawaslu to stop the Situng process.

"The Prabowo-Sandi IT Volunteer Team will ask the Election Supervisory Body to stop Situng KPU by reporting
evidence of an extraordinary input error of 73,715 input errors from 477,021 polling stations," he said.
