PCR is a method to detect organisms genetic material, so this method cannot differentiate live from dead organism
Each PCR reagent has its own detected-gene target and detection limit which may differ from other brands of reagent, so no
comparison of results from different laboratories using different reagent brand can be done.
Ct value is only used to determine whether the target gene was or was not detected, in accordance to the type of reagent

Reagen PCR yg berbeda memiliki kemampuan mendeteksi gen tertentu yang dapat berbeda dengan reagen dari produsen yang
berbeda, oleh sebab itu tidak dapat dilakukan perbandingan hasil dari laboratorium yang menggunakan reagen lain.
Nilai Ct hanya dipakai untuk menentukan terdeteksi atau tidaknya gen yang bersangkutan sesuai dengan jenis reagen PCR yang
dipergunakan
