Repeat the lpget command every few seconds for a while. If the pmEs or pmSes counter increase, then you have a transport issue, not IMA.
Have a ticket open to fix the transport quality.
The above is even more important because the bad T1 or E1 quality is a significant cause of IMA Hanging. This means that this type of hanging
can occur very often when the transport quality is bad (if the Solutions are not loaded on BOTH sides of IMALinks: RBS and RXI or RNC). Fix
your transport problems !!
