CARA MEMPERBAIKI PRINTER THERMAL XP-470B LAMPU UNGU BERKEDIP

Berikut langkah-langkah memperbaiki printer thermal Xprinter XP-470B jika lampu ungu menyala dan ketika
tombol feed ditekan printer tidak bereaksi.

1. Persiapan
Printer dalam keadaan nyala dan terhubung dengan PC / Laptop berbasis Windows melalui kabel USB.

2. Download
Download Diagnostic Tool di sini  .

Extract file, caranya:

Klik kanan pada file yang tadi di download, lalu click Extract All…

Isi lokasi extract / tekan Browse untuk memilih folder, setelah itu tekan Extract.

Buka file explorer, masuk ke lokasi yang tadi di pilih, lalu jalankan file Diagnostic Tool di dalam folder
tersebut



4. Diagnostic Tool

Dibagian Interface pilih USB lalu tekan Setup.

Copy / foto Informasi Model, Serial number dan Port number, kirim ke kita informasi tersebut.

Download file berikut dan masuk ke tab Command tool, tekan Send File lalu pilih file yang telah
didownload.

Matikan dan nyalakan ulang printernya.
