Pada suatu kota terlihat kondisi seperti gambar
di samping. Di depan sebuah rumah terdapat
tumpukan plastik, daun, botol, kaca, dan
sebagainya. Kondisi seperti gambar tersebut
sering terjadi di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan
