DEVELOPMENT (PLD)

In consideration of/ dengan pertimbangan:

(i) The recipient shall act as facilitor/ Resource person/ Notetaker for the above-mentioned
activity, and
(ii) Bina Desa shall facilitate the release of the engagement fee amounting to
Rp. 500.000,-

Subject to the following terms and conditions/ tunduk pada syarat dan ketentuan berikut :
a) That the result of the recipient’s work can be used in the future by Bina Desa/ Bahwa hasil
pekerjaan dari penerima kerja dapat digunakan di masa depan oleh Bina Desa ;
b) That upon payment based on this contract, all obligations of Bina Desa are
satisfied/Bahwa setelah pembayaran berdasarkan kontrak ini, semua kewajiban Bina Desa
terpenuhi;
c) That Bina Desa is not liable in any way for any illness/damages incurred by the recipient
during the activity/ Bahwa Bina Desa tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala kecelakaan/
kerusakan yang terjadi dan atau disebabkan oleh penerima kerja selama kegiatan
berlangsung;
d) That the recipient shall be responsible should any tax be imposed on the honorarium/
Bahwa penerima kerja harus bertanggung jawab atas pajak yang dikenakan pada
honorarium.
