Permohonan Visa
Untuk persiapan yang lebih baik kami menyarankan Anda untuk membaca terlebih
dahulu FAQ kami dalam mempersiapkan permohonan Anda. Kami berharap, bahwa
kumpulan pertanyaan/jawaban yang paling sering diajukan dapat membantu dalam persiapan
proses visa dan memperjelas, apabila terdapat ketidakjelasan.
Anda mempersiapkan permohonan Anda dalam tiga langkah:

 Buatlah  janji temu di VFS Global untuk pengajuan permohonan visa. Anda dapat
mengajukan permohonan Anda paling cepat 6 (enam) bulan sebelum perjalanan yang
direncanakan dan permohonan visa dapat diajukan minimal 15 hari sebelum tanggal
keberangkatan..
 Isilah formulir permohonan visa dengan lengkap di sini  Mohon isi juga pernyataan
persetujuan penyampaian informasi   yang diperlukan untuk berkomunikasi dengan
kami.
 Kumpulkanlah dokumen permohonan visa yang dibutuhkan terlebih dahulu. Kekurangan
dokumen atau bukti yang dibutuhkan dapat menyebabkan penolakan visa. Kami telah
menyiapkan daftar dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk setiap jenis visa:

Pastikan Anda sudah memiliki Polis asuransi kesehatan perjalanan sepanjang masa perjalanan

Pembebasan kewajiban untuk hadir secara pribadi untuk pengajuan
permohonan visa
Apabila sidik jari Anda telah diserahkan pada waktu pengajuan visa Schengen 59 bulan yang
lalu, Anda dapat mengajukan permohonan Anda melalui individu yang telah diberikan kuasa
di VFS Global – bahkan jika sidik jari tersebut diberikan di Kedutaan Besar Jerman di
Jakarta, di perwakilan Jerman di seluruh dunia atau di perwakilan dari negara anggota
Schengen lainnya. Dimohon perhatiannya, bahwa sebuah janji temu tetap diperlukan.
Meskipun demikian, terdapat kemungkinan bahwa sidik jari yang sebelumnya tersimpan
dalam sistem VIS tidak dapat digunakan untuk permohonan baru Anda karena kualitas
pindaian yang kurang baik atau masalah teknis lainnya, sehingga kehadiran langsung Anda
tetap dibutuhkan.

Selain itu, kehadiran langsung Anda juga dapat kami undang untuk memperjelas sejumlah
pertanyaan melalui percakapan langsung dengan Anda.

Untuk pemohon visa yang berusia di bawah 18 tahun, kedua orang tua/wali harus hadir
secara langsung dan membawa dokumen berikut:
Akta kelahiran anak
Apabila orang tua sudah bercerai:
Akta cerai orang tua dan putusan cerai yang mencakup putusan hak asuh anak, atau

Apabila salah satu orang tua telah meninggal:

Akta kematian

Apabila salah satu orang tua/wali bertempat tinggal di luar negeri, orang tua/wali dapat
memberikan izin terhadap permohonan visa anak di Kedutaan/Konsul Jerman di negara
tempat tinggalnya.

least 3 months after return (original to be shown at VFS)

 Travel health insurance

 Valid for the entire duration of the requested visa and for all
Schengen countries

 Minimum coverage of 30,000 €, covering also evacuation and

repatriation

along with passport copy and if non German host copy of

8. Proof of the current employment situation of the 1 1

applicant in Indonesia
 For employed applicants: No Objection Certificate including
 name, postal address and telephone number of the company,
containing details regarding applicant’s working position, starting
date of employment and net salary as well as timeframe of
permitted leave of absence (expected date to resume work) and
purpose of travel

 For self-employed applicants / company owners: Copy

of company register (SIUP) and company’s recent tax bill 1 1

 For Freelancers: short summary of the portfolio (one page

including social media /online sales sites) and proof of the last
three assignments (contracts, payment slips etc.) 1 1

 For students: confirmation of enrollment for the current

9. Proof of financial means of the applicant in

Indonesia: e.g. personal bank or savings account statements of
at least the past 3 months, personal property, assets etc.
 In case of not holding a personal bank account or assets,
declaration of the applicant about how the livelihood is
guaranteed including respective proof.

10. Funding (only required, if costs aren’t born solely

by the applicant)
Funds provided by parents/ family member: Bank
account statements of the last three months or saving account as
well as written declaration of sponsorship and proof of kinship
(for example birth certificate or family card).

Funds provided by the host: Formal

obligation (Verpflichtungserklärung) of the host under the
terms of §§ 66–68 of the German Immigration Act
(Aufenthaltsgesetz). The formal obligation
(Verpflichtungserklärung) has to be declared at the local

Copy of current family card (kartu keluarga), not older than 6

12. Children below 18 years of age:

Both parents/legal custodians have to appear in
person for the child`s visa application and submit the
following documents:
 Birth certificate of the child

 If the parents of the child are divorced:

- Divorce certificate of the parents and divorce decree including
ruling of child custody (with apostille), or
- Death certificate (with apostille), if the other parent is
deceased.
If one parent / legal custodian is residing abroad, he / she can
give the consent to the child’s visa application at a German
Embassy/ Consulate General in the country of his / her residence.
If one parent/ legal custodian is residing in Indonesia and unable
to be present at the time of application, they can provide a
consent letter (notarized and with apostille). 1 1
