dipersiapkan data – data sebagai berikut :

buying coal from your company. Therefore, please prepare the following data:

Legality/data on Mining Permits (IUP), RKAB, TUKS Jetty Port of Loading, COA

• Kemampuan Produksi dan Harga Penawaran FOB BARGE

Agar Tim Teknis kami mengevaluasi terlebih dahulu data-data tersebut sebelumnya. Spesifikasi
batubara yang dibutuhkan sebagai berikut :

 3. Gross Calorie & Coal : 4.200 – 4.000
Specification Ash 4-6 max
Sulfur below 1%

4. Volume : 7.500 - 22.500 /MT / Month

5. Price of Hpp : Rp. 860.000 sudah termasuk pajak.

(Dari Harga 860.000, titipan Outfee Rp. 10.000 Untuk
Muhammad Supiyan Dipotong pajak. dan Outfee
Rp.10.000 Untuk Mediator Dipotong pajak)
Price of HP: Rp. 860,000 including tax.
(From the price of 860,000, deposit Outfee Rp. 10,000 for
Muhammad Supiyan withholding tax. and Outfee Rp.10,000 for
Mediator withholding tax)

6. Payment System : Setelah sampai di Jetty batu bara akan di check hasilnya
apakah sesuai spesifikasi yang diminta, jikalau sudah
sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diminta. Untuk proses
selanjutnya akan dilakukan system payment 541.
After arriving at the coal jetty, the results will be checked whether
according to the specifications requested, if it is in accordance
with the specifications requested. For the next process, a 541
payment system will be carried out.

50% Setelah batu bara sampai di jetty kurang lebih 7.500

MT, 40% Setelah komplit loading dan 10% Setelah
dokumen komplit. (Sebelum Batu bara sampai di Jetty
kurang lebih
7.500 MT untuk semua biaya yang dikeluarkan akan
menjadi tanggung jawab pihak Seller)
50% After the coal arrives at the jetty of approximately 7,500 MT,
40% After complete loading and 10% After complete documents.
(Before Coal reaches the Jetty more or less 7,500 MT for all costs
incurred will be the responsibility of the Seller)
