8. Independent Surveyor
: Any Surveyor appointed by Buyer at Loading Port at Seller’s account
whose analysis and report on quality and quantity for Clearance of
any Independent . Analysis and report on quantity and quality at
Loading Anchorage Indonesia will be final and binding on both
Parties and be use for any price adjustment.

9. Loading Port : Jetty INDONESIA MINERAL COAL MINING, South Kalimantan.

10. Anchorage : TABONEO, South Kalimantan.

11. FCO validity : 7 (seven) days upon the date of FCO issued.
