keuangan yang saya lampirkan. Sehubungan dengan pengembangan usaha ini, maka kami
membutuhkan tambahan modal guna meningkatkan produksi perusahaan kami, untuk itu
kami mengajukan permohonan kredit.

With reference to your letter dated 1 June 2022 regarding request for credit, we hereby
inform you that our bank can approve your credit request. The conditions and requirements
that we set are as follows:
1. Principal amount of credit: Rp.100,000,000,-
2. Credit interest rate: 15% per year flat
3. Costs:
- Administration: Rp.100.000,-
- Postage stamp: Rp.10.000,-
4. Collateral:
- Principal collateral: Debtor's savings
- Additional collateral: Vehicle in the form of a car owned by the debtor with a complete
driving license that is still active
5. For you to open a savings account and save regularly
6. Purpose of use: To finance part of the debtor's working capital
7. Penalty: 5% per month
8. Creditor's obligation during the credit period:
- Allow the Bank to carry out an inspection of the debtor's residence.
- If there is bad credit, the debtor is obliged to pay a fine determined by the bank.
- If the debtor does not pay installments for 6 months, the bank must confiscate the collateral
provided by the debtor as collateral.

As a sign of your approval as the terms / conditions of this credit facility (please copy this
letter) you can sign on a stamp duty of Rp.10,000, - and then returned to the bank. Thus this
credit agreement is submitted so that you can understand it.

We have studied and analyzed the credit application that you have submitted to Bank ABC
based on the results of our analysis, with no less respect, we have not been able to approve
the credit application that you have submitted. This decision is made by considering the
following points:
1. The Current Ratio value is less than the standard set by Bank ABC which is 75%.
2. The Cash Ratio value is smaller than the standard set by Bank ABC of 85%.
3. The collateral submitted in the form of a vehicle letter in the form of a car that is no
longer active and does not have a complete letter.

Terima kasih kami ucapkan atas kepercayaan Bapak/Ibu mengajukan permohonan kredit
kepada Bank ABC.

Kami telah mempelajari dan menganalisa permohonan kredit yang Bapak/Ibu ajukan ke Bank
ABC berdasarkan hasil analisis kami, dengan tidak mengurangi rasa hormat, kami belum
dapat menyetujui permohonan kredit yang Bapak/Ibu ajukan. Keputusan ini diambil dengan
mempertimbangkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut :
1. Nilai Current Ratio lebih kecil dari standar yang ditetapkan oleh Bank ABC yakni
sebesar 75%.
2. Nilai Cash Ratio lebih kecil dari standar yang ditetapkan oleh Bank ABC sebesar
85%.
3. Agunan yang diajukan yang berupa surat kendaraan berupa mobil yang sudah tidak
aktif lagi dan tidak memiliki surat yang lengkap.
