Pengertian Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia
Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia (Empowering of Human resources atau Empowering 
Resources ) merupakan suatu  aspek  manajemen yang sangat penting,kunci dan strategis,
karena dimana Sumber Daya Manusia harus mampu berperan untuk menterjemahkan daya
terhadap sumber-sumber lainnya pada suatu tatanan manajemen yang menjadi tujuan
Organisasi.

01 Pendidikan formal
 Pendidikan formal sangat merupakan
instrumen utama dalam meningkatkan sumber 
daya manusia, yakni dengan mendorong
manusia agar menjadi seseorang yang beriman
dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa,
berakhlak mulia,  sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif,
mandiri, dan bertanggung jawab.

Pendidikan non formal dan program

Pendidikan non formal tetap memiliki peran
penting dalam mengembangkan sumber daya
manusia, karena tidak semua ilmu dan wawasan
didapat dari pendidikan formal. Sumber daya
manusia bertujuan untuk menciptakan
masyarakat yang inovatif dan produktif, maka
dari pendidikan non formal masyarakat dapat
langsung merasakan ataupun mengalami
sesuatu hal dalam kehidupannya sehari hari
yang menjadi bahan pemikiran mereka dalam
mengambil keputusan dan tujuan mereka.

kepribadian, merupakan alat dan kekuatan
untuk mengembangkan potensi diri, hal itu
terjadi apabila diri seseorang dapat menghayati
makna yang tersembunyi  tersebut dan
menggunakannya dengan sebaik mungkin,
maka seseorang itu dikatakan telah dapat
menggali emas pada dirinya sendiri.
  Kendala pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan dapat berasal dari kepribadian individu
dalam komunitas dan bisa juga berasal dari sistem sosial
