EMOSI Emosi adalah manifestasi perasaan yang disertai gejala
fisiologik, karena ada peristiwa yang menimpanya. Emosi
sebagai gejala kejiwaan berhubungan dengan gejala
kejasmanian. Apabila individu mengalami emosi, dalam diri
individu itu, akan terjadi perubahan dalam kejasmaniannya.

TINGKATAN –TINGKATAN
STRESS
Tahap Pertama (paling ringan)
• Yaitu stres yang disertai dengan perasaan nafsu bekerja yang besar dan
berlebihan, mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan tanpa memperhitungkan tenaga
yang dimiliki dan penglihatan menjadi tajam.

Tahap Kedua
• Yaitu stres yang disertai keluhan, seperti bangun pagi badan tidak terasa segar
dan merasa letih, lekas capek pada saat menjelang sore hari, lambung atau perut
tidak nyaman, jantung berdebar, otot tengkuk dan punggung menjadi tegang. Hal
ini disebabkan karena cadangan tenaga yang tidak memadai.

Tahap Ketiga
• Yaitu tahapan stres dengan keluhan, seperti defekasi yang tidak teratur, otot
semakin tegang, emosional, imsomnia, mudah terjaga dan sulit untuk tidur
kembali, bangun terlalu pagi, koordinasi tubuh terganggu, dan mau jatuh pingsan.
Tahap Keempat
• Yaitu tahapan stres dengan keluhan, seperti tidak mampu bekerja sepanjang hari
(loyo), aktivitas pekerjaan terlalu sulit dan menjenuhkan, kegiatan rutin terganggu
dan gangguan pada pola tidur, sering menolak ajakan, konsentrasi dan daya
ingat menurun, serta dapat menimbulkan ketakutan serta kecemasan.

Tahap Kelima
• Yaitu tahapan stres yang disertai dengan kelelahan secara fisik dan mental,
ketidakmampuan menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang sederhana dan ringan,
gangguan pencernaan berat, meningkatnya rasa takut dan cemas, bingung dan
panik.

Tahap Keenam
• Yaitu tahapan stres dengan tanda-tanda seperti jantung berdebar keras, sesak
nafas, badan gemetar, dingin dan keluar banyak keringat.

Adaptasi merupakan usaha individu

mengatasi atau menyesuaikan diri terhadap
stres yang dialaminya. Adaptasi merupakan
suatu cara penyesuaian yang berorientasi pada
tugas (task oriented).

• Untuk melindungi diri dari serangan musuh atau pemangsa
• Untuk memperoleh makanan
• Untuk berkembang biak dan melestarikan jenisnya

Yaitu stimulus lain yang merupakan ciri tambahan yang ada atau
sesuai dengan situasi dalam proses penyesuaian dengan
lingkungan yang sukar dilakukan observasi.
