Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menginputkan beberapa
atribut di bawah ini pada halaman yang telah dirancang pada tahap
perancangan desain interface database

Bagaimana DBLC yang digunakan

Sistem pengrekrutan karyawan di PT jala fabrikasi kencana

masih secara manual oleh HRD perusahaan PT jala fabrikasi .
Hal ini sering meyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan dan dapat
merugikan perusahaan PT jala fabrikasi . Untuk itu
perusahaan menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut,
dibutuhkan system dengan basis data terstruktur agar
setiap data yang berhubungan dengan proses rekrutmen
karyawan dapat dilakukan secara efektif
Untuk apa pengunaan aplikasinya ?
Database life cycle yang digunakan serta kegunaanya :
• Database Planning Proses merencanakan bagaimana setiap langkah dalam
database dapat dijalankan secara efisien dan efektif mungkin untuk proses
pengarsipan dokumen pada perusahaan.
• System Definition Menjelaskan ruang lingkup serta batasan dari database,
pengguna atau pegawai maupun area ruang lingkup di perusahaan.
• Requirtment Collection and Analysis Tahap ini menjelaskan bagaimana proses
analisa sistem dan mengumpulkan segala kebutuhan dari pengguna maupun
area sesuai dengan tujuan yang ada.
• Database Design Terdiri dari 3 tahapan, yaitu perancangan konseptual, logikal
dan fisik dari database.
• DBMS Selection Tahap ini dilakukan untuk memilih basis data yang cocok
untuk suatu rancangan basis data yang akan dibangun di perusahaan ini.
• Application Design Proses merancang user interface pengguna dan program
aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan serta memproses basis data.
 Untuk apa pengunaan aplikasinya ?
Database life cycle yang digunakan serta kegunaanya :
• Prototyping Proses membuat suatu model kerja dari aplikasi database yang
memperbolehkan perancang atau pengguna untuk memvisualisasikan dan mengevaluasi
suatu sistem yang dibuat agar berjalan.
• Implementation Membuat definisi eksternal, konseptual, internal basis data dan aplikasi
program yang diimplementasikan pada PT Jala Fabrikasi Kencana di Depok, Jawa Barat.
• Data Conversation and Loading Proses memasukan data dari sistem lama dalam
pengarsipan yang masih manual ke sistem baru yang telah dirancang menggunakan
database.
• Testing Aplikasi basis data yang telah diimplementasikan lalu akan diuji untuk
mengetahui apakah ada kesalahan dan divalidasi dengan kebutuhan yang dispesifikasi
pengguna.
• Operational Maintenance Aplikasi basis data yang telah diimplementasikan sepenuhnya
setelah itu akan dilakukannya pengawasan dan perawatan secara berkala. Ketika
terdapat sesuatu yang baru dibutuhkan, dapat ditambahkan ke dalam aplikasi basis data
melalui langkah-langkah.
