PLTS adalah sistem pembangkit listrik yang energinya bersumber dari
radiasi matahari melalui konversi sel fotovoltaik. Sistem fotovoltaik
mengubah radiasi sinar matahari menjadi listrik.

Kelebihan daya listrik yang dihasilkan pada siang hari didalam baterai
sehingga dapat digunakan kapanpun untuk berbagai alat listrik.

Ayat (1) Komponen yang digunakan dalam sistem PLTS Fotovoltaik harus memenuhi
standar internasional atau standar nasional Indonesia.

e. Sistem Pengkabelan dan Grounding

f. Panel Distribusi

g. Pyranometer

h. Remote Monitoring System (RMS)

Ayat (1) Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri yang selanjutnya disingkat TKDN adalah besarnya komponen dalam negeri
pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya dan Modul Surya

Ayat (3) Modul Surya adalah alat yang terdiri dari sel surya yang mengubah energi cahaya menjadi energi listrik yang
digunakan pada PLTS

PASAL 4
Ayat (1) Perhitungan TKDN untuk aspek barang PLTS Terpusat Berdiri Sendiri dilakukan dengan rincian pembobotan
sebagai berikut :

Revisi Permen Perin 4/2017 dan 5/2017 ( Mengusulkan agar kewajiban persyaratan TKDN sebesar 60% diterapkan setelah
adanya pertumbuhan industry dalam negeri)

Kualitas suatu modul surya antara lain dinilai dari efisiensinya untuk mengkonversi radiasi sinar matahari
menjadi listrik DC. Efisiensi modul surya bergantung material sel fotovoltaik dan proses produksi.
